I’ve been enjoying the middle school talent for nearly 15 years, but now major college football programs are starting to take notice too. The class of 2028 Georgia prospects below already hold reported verbal scholarship offers. This is list is not complete and will likely double or triple before August. What a time to be alive.
Arkansas was the first to offer the big man 0ut of Savannah, Georgia this past January. Just a few days later, he came out and dominated the Prep Redzone Next Middle School Camp . Since then, he tacked on another MVP award at Future Stars Game Tryouts.

The Arkansas Razorbacks were also the first team to get on the board with promising defensive end prospect, Chase Foster II Chase Foster II 6’4″ | 225 lbs | DL GA . Foster is somewhere between 6’2 and 6’4 depending on where you look, I happen to think he’s towards the taller end. He’s an athletic specimen hunting QB’s at all times.

The most recent offer in this article, Dixon received an offer from the Texas A&M Aggies on March 4th, 2024. Eagle’s Landing always tends to have a few freaky kids in each class, Dixon is the early leader in the 2028 group. Athletic kid who can play all over, was also clocked at an 11.0 in the 100M in late February. He’ll only get faster.
Talented wide receiver/defensive back Caleb Ivey Caleb Ivey 6’0″ | 140 lbs | DB Dutchtown | 2028 GA is yet another Georgia 2028 early offerree from Arkansas and #WPS Nation. I became an instant fan of this last June at the Future Stars Game practices. Just a seventh-grader then, the kid was all out hustle and effort throughout practices. It’s nice to see effort rewarded early.

Quarterback Pierson Degala Pierson Degala 5’11” | 170 lbs | QB Walton | 2028 GA out of Walton is a quarterback I feel like I’ve been hearing about since he was in fifth-grade. Perhaps it’s for good reason, as Degala picked up offers from both Arkansas State and Bethune-Cookman, during a three-day stretch in early February.

Arkansas State stayed busy looking at eighth-grade class of prospects in Georgia this past February. The Red Wolves also sent out an offer to 6-foot-4 wide receiver/tight end/athlete prospect, Seven Rashad Seven Rashad 6’4″ | 160 lbs | WR Mountain View Middle | 2028 GA . If you haven’t seen his catch radius yet, go check it out. Impressive for a kid who won’t graduate high school until 2028.
The University of Central Florida threw its hat in the ring with Georgia 2028 prospects, becoming the first to extend a verbal offer to Casey Barner Casey Barner 5’11” | 175 lbs | ATH John Lewis Invictus Academy | 2028 GA in January. Barner is a dynamic kid that played essentially every position on the field this year for John Lewis Invictus Academy. Comes with a flair for the dramatics by executing jaw-dropping hurdles mid-run.
