Jimmy King Jimmy King 6’0″ | 210 lbs | ATH Sidney Lanier | 2026 State AL is a highly versatile athlete that has done a ton for Sidney Lanier’s offense and defense at outside linebacker and running back. On offense, King does an excellent job when the ball is in his hands. He has really good vision that allows him to avoid defenders, great speed and acceleration, and can shed tackles/make defenders miss as well. On defense, King is a destructive linebacker that can really affect the run. King is explosive off the line of scrimmage, has a ton of strength/power, and has the athleticism to make plays all around the field and behind the line of scrimmage. Last fall, King had himself a huge season where he recorded 106 carries for 901 yards and 6 touchdowns on offense and 95 total tackles (3 for loss, 75 solo) on defense as well. Recently, King picked up an offer from Alabama State- with how well he’s been playing expect to see him pick up some more!

Dylan Reese Dylan Reese 5’10” | 150 lbs | QB Parker | 2026 State AL had himself a terrific season last fall for Pinson Valley, the sophomore quarterback has a ton of talent and is bringing it with him to Parker this season where he’s going to do some huge things for their offense. Reese has a fantastic arm that can make a ton of tough throws at all levels of the field. He can fit the ball into some really tight windows, puts a lot of touch underneath it when passing downfield, can accurately hit receivers in stride, and has the ability to make throws both from within the pocket and on the run. Last fall, Reese had a season that featured him recording over 1800 yards and 19 touchdowns on the year. With how well he is able to read defenses and utilize his arm, Reese is bringing a ton of great attributes to Parker’s offense this season. Keep watch of him this fall- he’s progressed a ton already as a player, the sky’s the limit!
Highlights
Henry Smith Henry Smith 6’4″ | 235 lbs | DL Moody | 2026 State AL had a heck of a year last fall at Hoover on their defensive front and looks to bring that same impact to Moody’s defense this fall. At defensive end, Smith has a huge presence on the interior of the defensive line and has the motor to make a consistent impact all four quarters. Smith can affect both the run and pass extremely well- if the opposing offense is running the ball, he does a great job eating up space and closing up gaps for the ball carrier. Against the pass, Smith can really impact things with how well he’s able to get into the opposing backfield. He has a ton of power and is able to blow by offensive linemen to provide pressure and bring down the quarterback. Just recently, Smith was able to receive his first offer from Samford! Keep an eye on him this fall, with what he’s been able to do already as underclassmen, he’s going to be a huge piece of Moody’s defense this fall.
