Jared Lockhart Jared Lockhart 6'4" | 175 lbs | QB Porter Ridge | 2025 State NC – Porter Ridge
Syracuse, Connecticut, and Boston College are all recent offers for the talented 6’4 175 pound prospect. I saw him up close last season, and the first thing you think of is a young Cam Newton. And that’s how Porter Ridge uses him in their spread option attack. He is a dynamic dual-threat quarterback with great athleticism in the open field. He can run away from linebackers and run over defensive back in the quarterback run game. He has a very strong arm and has developed exponentially through his first three years throwing the football downfield. I think his best football is in front of him, and he is a definite Division 1 caliber player.
Kaegan Chambers – Monroe
At 6’1 and 170 pounds, Kaegan is a dynamic quarterback playing for a traditionally strong program in the Redhawks. I saw him in person last season, and his athleticism is really impressive. He helped lead his team to victory after trailing 14-0, and it was a combination of running for important first downs to keep drives alive and making timely passes to keep the chains moving and the defense honest. His most recent offers are from Temple and Georgia State, and I expect more for Kaegan as he gets out to camps in the spring and summer seasons.
CJ Gray – AL Brown
Charlotte, Eastern Kentucky, and Liberty have all offered the talented 6’2 and 190-pound prospect so far, his first three offers as a prospect – all coming in January of this year. This usually indicates a prospect on the rise, and there are a lot of things to like about CJ. He is a definite dual-threat player – he can take the ball the distance in the quarterback run game, showing good vision and an ability to set up blocks. He stands tall in the pocket and shows good fundamentals. I like the zip he delivers the football with – over the middle of the field especially. Expect more schools to jump in on CJ sooner rather than later.
Grayson Harvey Grayson Harvey 6'1" | 185 lbs | QB Mountain Island Charter | 2025 NC – Mountain Island
Standing at 6’1 and 185 pounds, Grayson had a standout season this past year with 3,440 yards and 23 passing touchdowns. He has excellent mechanics from snap to throw, displaying excellent footwork, a smooth over-the-top delivery, and keeps his head up when avoiding pressure in the pocket. Grayson has received college interest from multiple schools, and I expect that interest to increase as we enter the spring and summer camp seasons. I think he is poised for a big senior year.
Gregory Fee Gregory Fee 6'4" | 210 lbs | QB Weddington | 2025 State NC – Weddington
Gregory is another prospect who I think is poised to break out big-time this season. He was the backup quarterback for the state-champion Warriors, as he patiently waited his turn behind Tyler Budge Tyler Budge 6'3" | 200 lbs | QB Weddington | 2024 State NC . He should be the next in line, and after seeing him up close at a camp this winter, he should be someone schools get in early on. Impressive size at 6’5 and 210 pounds, he has a very strong arm and looks like your ideal pocket quarterback. He has excellent accuracy, and good agility moving through drills. I’m sure colleges want to see more game film on him, but it will not be long for him to start generating major interest as he hits the camp circuit coming up.
