The Top 3M District 13 QB's: Season Recap

With the 2023 season over, I'm doing an analyses of quarterback prospects from every Classification/Region/District in Florida. Doing these analysis allows me to spotlight a lot of players. There are a lot of young talented prospects and several sleeper prospects that could start getting looks for the next level. Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level.       Randy Phillips- South Broward High c/o 25   6'5 175lbs   Phillips ends an outstanding career with over 6000 yards and 35 touchdowns! This season Phillips was the top quarterback in the district throwing for 3145 yards, completing 73% of his passes with 17 touchdowns. He led the Bulldogs to a 8-3 record, district championship, and into the State Playoffs. He also had 2 rushing touchdowns. I beleive Phillips is still available.   Strengths:   <ul> <li>Possesses very good measurable</li>   <li>Does a really good job going through his reads</li>   <li>Shows very good accuracy on timing routes and at all three levels of the field</li> </ul>   Film: <a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/19082563/Randy-Phillips">https://www.hudl.com/profile/19082563/Randy-Phillips</a>       [player_tooltip player_id='1263652' first='Florentino' last='Lopez']- McArthur High c/o 26   6'3 245lbs    Lopez was really good last season, he led the Mustangs to a 5-5 record and into the State Playoffs. Lopez finished second in the district in passing with 2900 yards, completing 78% of his passes with 30 touchdowns. He also rushed for 105 yards. Lopez has an offer from Bethune-Cookman. He has since transferred to Northwestern for the 2024 season.   Strengths:   <ul> <li>Has good size</li>   <li>Big arm with the ability to process coverages</li>   <li>Very accurate at all 3-levels </li> </ul>   Film: <a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/18248982/Florentino-Lopez">https://www.hudl.com/profile/18248982/Florentino-Lopez</a>       Jamaal Haggins- Dr. Krop High c/o 24   6'0 175lbs   Haggins showed a lot of improvement throughout the season. He finished third in the district throwing for 680 yards, completing 68% of his passes with 5 touchdowns. He also rushed for 206 yards and 3 touchdowns. I believe Haggins is still available.   Strengths:   <ul> <li>Does a good job buying time in the pocket </li> </ul>   <ul> <li>Shifty player that uses his feet to elude defenders </li>   <li>Does a good job keeping his eyes downfield</li> </ul>   Film: <a href="https://access.qwikcut.com/highlights/654d7c7f8ccdb9f7491abaaf">https://access.qwikcut.com/highlights/654d7c7f8ccdb9f7491abaaf</a>       [player_tooltip player_id='1134192' first='Dylan' last='Pelliccio']- Hollywood Hills High c/o 25   6'2 208lbs   Pelliccio is a quarterback with a lot of potential and upside. He led Hollywood Hills to a 5-5 record and barely missed the playoffs. He passed for 2302 yards, completing 68% of his passes with 24 touchdowns. Pelliccio was voted as one of the top 35 c/o 25 players in Broward County. In January he transferred to West Broward High.
