I’ll be starting off my deep dives this offseason with the Colonial-Schuylkill League, the home of 28 teams.
With that, it’s going to take a few articles to properly deep dive this league and even then we’re going to have to likely round back at a later date for more as well.
Today, we start with the Gold Division of the Colonial-Schuylkill League and will be taking a look at specifically student-athletes at Northwestern Lehigh, Southern Lehigh, Blue Mountain, and Bangor.
Here’s our schedule for future articles surrounding the Colonial-Schuylkill League.

Without further adieu, lets get into today’s under the radar prospects from Northwestern Lehigh, Southern Lehigh, Blue Mountain, and Bangor.
Northwestern Lehigh
Eli Zimmerman
Eli Zimmerman
Zimmerman plays both defensive back and running back for Northwestern Lehigh and shows quality promise on both sides of the ball. At the next level, he’ll project better to the offensive side of the ball as a slot back thanks to his size.
Zimmerman shows good vision as a ball carrier both out of the backfield but also on special teams and has a good burst and explosiveness to his game that allows him to hit holes hard and get into the open field. Thanks to his size, he is quite slippery and tough to bring down. Really intriguing prospect who could be used as a weapon in multiple ways on the field.
Bryer Reichard
Bryer Reichard
Reichard has an extensive 12 minute highlight tape from his junior season on his HUDL page. What immediately stands out about Reichard is his size. He’s listed as 6-foot-4 and that size looks mostly legitimate. He takes snaps at both defensive end and right tackle, doing quite a good job on both sides of the ball. The Northwestern Lehigh standout has a quick first step on both sides of the ball and is quick to the point of attack. Shows a good ability to generate leverage to his advantage and is able to get off of block of as a defensive end while also holding his ground as an offensive lineman. He’s a solid athlete as well. Intriguing prospect that I’m surprised has flown under our radar thus far.
Southern Lehigh
Carter Giberson
Carter Giberson
Quite frankly there is not much tape to go off for Giberson. That being said, the 6-foot-4, 300+ pound offensive lineman does flash quite a bit in the tape he does have posted to his HUDL. He moves decently well for an athlete his size and has a quality amount of bend to his game as well. It’s hard to truly judge where he is as a player and in his development based off the tape that is provided but there’s enough here for him to be a prospect that is worth watching at the very least.
HUDLrn
Dariuz Lightner
Dariuz Lightner
A skinny 6-foot-0, Lightner is a prospect that has firmly landed on my radar. The Southern Lehigh prospect is a good athlete with the ability to play sideline to sideline and also dabbles as a punt returner as well. Most of his highlights appear to be from JV but we’ll be intrigued to see if he can take a step forward next fall when he makes the jump to varsity.
Blue Mountain
Reese Miller
Reese Miller
Not much tape is out on Miller but the measurements are encouraging. 6-foot-1 and 195-pounsd with a reported 4.6 forty yard dash and a 32” vertical. Also has a 425 squat and 535 deadlift. If all these numbers are legitimate, there’s a lot to like about Miller from a physicality standpoint.
Bangor
TJ McClain
TJ McClain
Another player that stands out from a physical standpoint, TJ McClain is a well built linebacker for Bangor who is explosive with a quick first step. As he continues to get bigger, he probably moves to defensive end at the next level. McClain is a good athlete with a strong motor and is a menace for opposing quarterbacks. He shows the ability to rush the passer, he can drop back into coverage, and also plays well downhill against the run.
