There aren't a whole lot of knocks on his game and he averaged over 22 yards a catch last year, showing his explosiveness. He also causes hesitation when he stacks moves, which allows him to quickly blow past defenders and unlock a new area of the field. On tape, Fedd shows good hands. He can pick the ball off his back hip and play above the rim if needed. He can track the ball nicely and layout while maintaining possession. Fedd is competitive in YAC opportunities, fighting through contact while protecting the ball. He also isn't afraid to weave around the field to find new running lanes. Fedd's best ball is ahead of him and should generate more FBS buzz as a result. In the short areas, he does flash decent stop and start skills and moveability, which allows him to create his own yards and leak out of traffic to find grass. From there, he can track the ball over his shoulder and through contact, consistently reeling in tightly contested passes. In the return game, McCord shows off his awareness and vision, keeping his eyes up and weaving in and out of traffic to find room to run.
