Continue Reading2023 Film Review: Teriq is a razor sharp route runner with strong hands and lots of bounce. He looks to high point the football and always catches with his hands. Once he has the ball, he can break tackles and take it all the way to the house. He is a YAC machine and is not looking to step out of bounds. Whether a Bubble screen or a go, he is always open, and doesn’t go to the ground easily. Teriq is a fierce competitor; and when not running circles around defenders, he blocks them to the ground or the boundary. A high IQ player, Teriq can make plays on possession downs, and then take the top off the defense on the next play. He is also good in coverage and a sure stick when tackling; But the real “Magic” is his skills on offense. He finds soft spots in the defense and can get up to high point the football. He is smooth, fast, and goes to get the ball on every target. He has great hips, fast feet, and can change direction smoothly even in traffic. He has a nose for the sticks in possession downs, and is a sure 6 in the red zone. He can run every route, and run past most defenders. Dwayne is also a strong blocker in the run game and can twist out of tackles in the short passing game.
