Williams burst onto the scene this past season for St. Francis (Wheaton). Since the season ended, the 6’2, 205 split out has transferred to Naperville Central. One thing is for sure: whoever Williams plays for, he is sure to dominate. He possesses a lethal combination of crisp route running and speed, allowing him to separate in a variety of ways. Williams can create space through his sharp cuts and smooth transitions, and he has the straight line speed to take the top off of any defense. Additionally, he has the hands to make acrobatic catches on any ball thrown his direction. As his recruiting begins to pick up steam, keep an eye on Williams during his senior campaign.
Highlights
Bates is a 6’2, 175 lbs receiver out of Grayslake North. The dynamic junior is a smooth route runner who possesses the ability to make some incredible catches. He often creates separation through his precise route running, selling opposing defensive backs on one route, then swiftly transitioning into another. And after the catch, Bates’ speed often takes over. As a wide out who can beat the defense in a variety ways, keep an eye on this home run threat as he heads towards his senior campaign.
While Snoreck aligns on both the outside and in the slot, the 6’2, 190 lbs out of Sanburg projects as an outside wide receiver at the next level. The All-State junior had a monster season this year, going for over 1,100 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns. What makes Snoreck so dangerous is the combination of his athleticism and size. His long frame allows him to go up and get the ball over smaller defensive backs, particularly in the red zone. However, he also displays tremendous speed and smooth route running that allows him to create separation. Snoreck may be one of the most underrated wide receivers in the Class of 2025.
Benson is a dynamic playmaker who possesses freakish athleticism and elite speed. The 6’0, 160 lbs wide receiver out of Lincoln Park is lethal in both the screen game and on vertical routes. He is most dangerous after the catch, as Benson can smoothly weave in and out of traffic to take it to the house. He’s incredibly difficult to tackle in the open field. On vertical passes, Benson’s combination of length and speed make him nearly unguardable. Mix that all together with his impressive ability to make difficult catches look easy, Benson is the total package. Keep an eye out for this rising star throughout next fall.
