As the 7v7 season begins to take off and college camps follow close behind, our scout Drew Johnson will be on the move to track down Real Deal Stock Risers and Players to Watch.

[player_tooltip player_id='1314015' first='Chris' last='Denson'] | QB | 2025 | Plant City | @chrisdenson03

2023 stats: 135/209 – 2147 yards – 26-8 TD/INT

Denson has been on fire since the off-season when he won QB Standout at the 863Showcase. He only took that momentum and confidence into the season as he finished a really solid junior season with over 2,000 passing yards and nearly 30 TD passes. Denson has a good frame, footwork to move around the pocket, and arm talent to put the ball where it needs to be.

Bjorn Jergensen | QB | 2025 | Bishop Moore | @Jurgensen17

This kid is about hard work! Always see him taking advantage of QB training sessions and camp opportunities which have helped put this name on the map while playing with a talented Bishop Moore program during the regular season. At 6-3, 185 pounds, Jergensen's time is coming to show he can lead an offense at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1315994' first='Malakhi' last='Boone'] | LB | 2025 | South Sumter | @BooneMalakhi

2023 stats: 108 total tackles – 24.0 TFL – 8.0 sacks

This kid is starting to blow up on major college coaches' radar after productive tackling during the regular season. The 6-2, 230-pound riser is a certified tackling machine that can also get in the backfield and cause problems for the quarterback. He picked up a recent Power 4 offer from UCF, with Louisville, FAU, and West Virginia to add.

[player_tooltip player_id='827414' first='Jayce' last='Nixon'] | QB | 2025 | Gaither | @Jayce_Nixon_

2023 stats: 233/343 – 3004 yards – 28-5 TD/INT

Nixon is one of the most talented rising gunslingers that I've had the opportunity to watch develop over the last couple of years. Watched him dominate and impress various Power 5 coaches at camps last summer. He led Gaither to the Semi-Finals in the playoffs this year as a junior while throwing for more than 3,000 yards. Still has some time to tone up his body and overall game but he has Real Deal arm talent.

[player_tooltip player_id='1315712' first='Bryce' last='Randolph'] | WR | 2025 | Wiregrass Ranch | @Bryce_Randolphh

2023 stats: 45 rec 765 yards, 9 touchdowns

One of the premier recruits in the 2025 class has been getting major Power 4 attention since putting together a productive season with Wiregrass Ranch. He's looked good in the offseason and should continue being a highly coveted prospect with spring on the horizon.

Josh Perry | RB | 2025 | Edgewater | @joshua3perry

Came away really impressed with the overall upside of Perry after watching him compete during this 7v7 circuit. Perry has a good frame and skill set to make an early impact for his new school of Edgewater next season who boasts a talented roster heading into the spring. Look out for Perry to pop on the recruiting scene this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1127066' first='Dante' last='Core'] | DB | 2025 | | Fort Walton | @Dante_Core3

Really impressed with Core and his ability to be a reliable cover defender and even more with his fearlessness in the tackling department. Isn't afraid to make a play on the ball. Core finished with decent stats last season, recording over 60 total tackles with one interception.

David Parks | ATH | 2025 | Seminole | @TotalParkage

This kid could be one of the most versatile prospects in the class. Run, catch, kick, whatever you need Parks can likely get it done. He's only backed up that unique ability this offseason with impressive performances on the 7v7 circuit where he's shown off underrated speed and playmaking skills. Parks has been in the weight room while getting extra reps in so look out for a standout spring.

Roymarr Thomas | LB | 2025 | Gaither | @RoymarrThomas

The 6-3, 235-pound junior led Armwood in sacks this season while showing off his potential upside to play at the next level. College coaches have to get eyes on this kid as Thomas has a decent frame and good technique to build on.

Gavin James | LB | 2025 | Lincoln | @JamesGavin_10

2023 stats: 108 total tackles – 17.0 TFL

James is a beast that we need to cover more out of the North Florida area. Had a chance to get my eyes on him a few weeks ago on the 7v7 circuit and he's for sure a DOG. The 6-0, 220-pound backer has good size/length and IQ to make an impact at the next level:

[player_tooltip player_id='1124696' first='Andrew' last='Heidel'] | QB | 2025 | Manatee | @AndrewHeidelQB

2023 stats: 206-318 – 2618 yards – 20-6 TD/INT

Really productive season for the 6-2, 190-pound junior who can sling it. Heidel finished with the 3rd most Single-Season yards for his high school while setting the single-game passing record in his junior season. Plenty of upside for the junior with time to work on his game during the off-season. He's looked nice putting in work where you can notice the development in his overall throwing motion and mechanics.
