Korbin Sulitis Korbin Sulitis 6'2" | 200 lbs | DL Petoskey | 2025 State MI , LB/DL, Petoskey- I really took a liking to what Korbin put on tape this season. He was one of the best defensive players in the conference, and I really like the effort I saw as a pass rusher. Coming of the edge he has a good variety of moves including being able to dip the shoulder and get underneath his blocker, and also bulldozing right over off balance linemen. The term “high motor” gets tossed around a ton, but this is a case where it is definitely applicable. His pursuit is consistent and he doesn’t take a play off. Keep him on your radar as one of the best pass rushers in Northern Michigan.
Jaielen Peacock Jaielen Peacock 6'3" | 175 lbs | DB Troy | 2025 State MI , WR, Troy- This is a dude I really want to get out and see in person. His film shows him being a man beater multiple times as he just burns by the DB. He has a really sudden first step, and it makes him super hard to jam off the ball. He goes up and high points the ball with soft but firm hands, and brings it to his body ASAP. His skill is accompanied by good size with a strong frame that makes him hard to box out for jump balls. Whether it’s outside or from the slot, Peacock is an incredibly productive player that stresses a defense out.
Gary Jones Jr Gary Jones Jr 5'7" | 155 lbs | RB Anchor Bay | 2025 MI , WR/RB, Anchor Bay- The more I learn about Anchor Bay, the more I realize just how much talent they have especially offensively. It seems most of his highlights came from the backfield as he was really good at getting the edge and blowing by defenders. He seems to be really shifty and has that home run hitting ability. All in all I wasn’t aware of him before I started doing my homework on him but I came away fairly impressed. I’m curious to see if he ends up taking that next step as an every down back.
Drew Keding Drew Keding 6'2" | 200 lbs | TE Armada | 2025 State MI , TE/DL, Armada- Any time I can highlight a BWAC guy, I will. I think it’s a fun conference that is way underrecruited. He didn’t have the most insane numbers for a TE, but what I saw talent wise is a guy that can absolutely play ball. He is a good in line TE that can block well, and can leak out for nice catches over the middle. He showed some sure hands in contested situations, and I like the way he runs routes. He isn’t too explosive quite yet but I think if he continues working on that part, he could become a menace offensively for the BWAC to handle.
Mason Mayne Mason Mayne 6'3" | 275 lbs | DL Lawton | 2025 MI , OL, Lawton- A small town kid that’s under the radar is Lawton’s Mason Mayne Mason Mayne 6'3" | 275 lbs | DL Lawton | 2025 MI . He has an incredibly strong base and shows a great ability to be mobile and get to the next level. He is a mauler by nature and can absolutely flatten dudes. I enjoyed watching his film and seeing the way he keeps his hands inside and just dominates his defender. He doesn’t play in a very pass heavy system at all, so I have no clue as to what his pass blocking looks like, but I would think it’s something he could thrive with with his good mobility and strong legs.
