#TN2025 Recruits
(DL) Kyler Garcia Kyler Garcia 6'5" | 265 lbs | DL Pearl Cohn | 2025 State TN – Pearl Cohn
– Through this early recruiting cycle, Garcia has been on a hot prospect by landing new offers from Indiana and Memphis while receiving increased interest from several Power programs and I don’t foresee things slowing down anytime soon for this Nashville area prospect. Playing a big part alongside a state championship team last Fall, Garcia has a lot going for him right now as a Top 10 in-state D-lineman that has yet to reach his maximum capabilities, so the future looks bright for Garcia on the college level.
Moving ahead, Garcia is set to hit the road for a Junior Day visits over the coming weeks, starting this weekend down in Atlanta, visiting Georgia Tech. The Yellow Jackets have yet to offer but that could change on Saturday. Next weekend, the Firebirds rising senior will take visits up to Indiana and Marshall, who have both offered. He is also looking into several other visits as well and I expect new schools to come through and invite Garcia to campus to get a better look at this 6 ‘5 D-lineman very soon.
Offer List: Eastern Ky, Indiana, Marshall, Memphis, Vanderbilt and UT-Martin

(OL) Jimmy Bryson Jimmy Bryson 6'4" | 285 lbs | OL Baylor | 2025 State TN – Baylor
For one reason or another, Bryson has yet to see his offer list explode but I think that will be changing soon. Just this week, the Red Raiders rising senior landed offers from Memphis and Eastern Ky to go along with previous offers from App. State, Austin Peay and Coastal Carolina and they won’t be his last.
According to the Chattanooga area O-lineman, Bryson is actively hearing the most right now from Jacksonville St., Miami OH, Ole Miss, USF, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest and Wisconsin to go along with his offered schools. Bryson is looking into future visits with Coastal, Miami OH, Ole Miss and Vanderbilt while also setting up others as new schools get involved. This rising junior is one of the top O-linemen from our #TN2025 class, so I’m not worried at all about where his offered list sits at the moment as in time, Bryson will be one of the more pursued recruits in the state from this cycle.

(TE) Corbin Laisure Corbin Laisure 6'5" | 225 lbs | TE Sullivan-East | 2025 State TN – Sullivan-East
– Better start learning more about this East Tennessee talent because I feel he could be on the verge of breaking out on the recruiting scene. Earlier this week, Laisure added a new offer from Mercer to go along with previous offers from Colorado, Miami OH, UNLV and Western Michigan. Several schools have come by Sullivan-East this week to look into Laisure and I feel those schools and others are soon to get on board with this 6 ‘5 potential filled pass catcher.
This Saturday, Laisure is headed down to Nashville to visit Vanderbilt for their 1st Junior Day of the year. The Commodores have been in talks with the Patriots junior tight end and if all goes well on the visit this weekend, Laisure could walk away with his first SEC offer. Vandy won’t be the only Jr Day visit for Laisure as others will soon invite this big man to campus because I see his recruitment exploding in the very near future.
Besides the interest from Vanderbilt and his current offered schools, Laisure is also currently hearing from Colgate, Georgia St., Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, UT-Martin, Virginia Tech, Western Ky and others. More programs will soon get involved because Laisure is too talented to be looked over for much longer.

(DT) Nic Moore Nic Moore 6'3" | 285 lbs | DL Jefferson Co. | 2025 State TN – Jefferson Co.
– Power level defensive tackles are hard to find, so this East Tennessee product will be greatly pursued over the coming months and by early indications, Moore will continue to see his recruitment go well. This month already, Moore has received offers from Vanderbilt and West Virginia along with increased and new interest from several other Power level programs.
Among the schools showing interest who have yet to offer include Cincinnati, Indiana, Northwestern, Tennessee, South Florida. Virginia, Virginia Tech and Western Ky. Moore is actually checking out one of those schools this weekend in South Florida as he is headed down to Tampa for their Junior Day.
Moore is also looking into unofficial visits next weekend to both Tennessee and West Virginia. The Vols have yet to offer but you gotta think they will get on board soon. One school to watch for throughout this process with Moore is Michigan. The Wolverines is the dream offer for Moore and a school that would immediately become a game changer for his recruitment.
There is no rush to make a decision for Moore as he is enjoying the process and listening to all suitors.

(RB) Tamari Hill Tamari Hill 5'10" | 180 lbs | RB Brentwood Academy | 2025 State TN – Brentwood Academy
– One of the fastest offensive weapons we have from the #TN2025 class, Hill is already seeing an increase with recruiting through this early stage by landing new offers from Arkansas St. and Marshall but he is holding out hope for bigger schools to get involved. The Eagles rising senior does hold a few strong offers in hand from Liberty, Memphis, Vanderbilt and West Virginia but I think others will be getting involved very soon.
Schools like East Carolina, Indiana, Purdue, Virginia and others are looking into Hill and seeing if he is a good fit for their offenses. One school who could be a good fit that Hill is visiting this weekend is Georgia Tech. The Yellow Jackets like to run the ball and they like fast guys, so this Mid-Tennessee talent could fit the bill for what the Ga Tech staff is looking for.
If there were some dream offers that Hill would love to gain and would become game changers are Clemson, Florida, Georgia and UCLA. Those four programs have Hill’s interest in a major way and would become top contenders if they ever become interested. He is in no rush to make a decision and is wide open to all suitors, looking to take as many visits as possible over the coming months.

(TE) Aaron Mattingly Aaron Mattingly 6'5" | 205 lbs | TE Green Hill | 2025 State TN – Green Hill
– One of the best overall pass catchers from the #TN2025 class, Mattingly is a hot prospect right now that will land on the Power 4 level but as of now, it’s unclear as to where he could be leaning. He does have a dream school however in the USC Trojans. The future Big 10 school would become an immediate player for this Mid-Tennessee talent, if and when they ever become interested.
Bringing in that USC offer is a dream for Mattingly but they have yet to get involved, so this Mid-Tennessee talent must focus on the schools who have offered, which include Coastal Carolina, Memphis, Miami OH, UT-Martin, Vanderbilt and West Virginia along with others who are showing interest.
According to Mattingly, he is in the process of setting up some unofficial visits in the near future but is unsure as to who those visits will go to just yet. That list could form over the next few weeks as schools get more involved with the Hawks pass catcher as I expect several new offers to be on its way very soon.
