GameChangers From the PRZNext GA Prospect Tour

At the very least, each player in attendance received elite coaching and got a chance to compete against talented football players. There were a few prospects that caught my eye the most all afternoon. The version that we saw this time around looked like a completely different person. Still in 7th grade, Ghea is far more developed than your typical 7th grade offensive lineman. He weighs in at 6'3 230 and is not anywhere close to his peak physically. Ghea has the future body type to become a dynamic LT prospect. He already has outstanding length and has the speed to quickly get back into his pass set. When locked in with defenders, he refires his hands and keeps his feet moving to keep the action in front of him. Coming in at 6'5 230, he checks all the measurable boxes and is a rare body type, especially for an 8th grader. He won almost every rep thanks to his combination of size and speed. He did a great job of setting up blockers and possesses the immediate twitchy to jump across the face of blockers and skinny himself off the inside shoulder. As he adds more play strength, he can knock blockers on their heels with his length. He can win from multiple depths and has most of his best football still left in the tank. He comes in as an early candidate to play nose guard, listed at 6'0 275. Even for a bigger kid, I was more than impressed with his twitch and motor in 1 v 1. He has a well refined pass rush plan, quickly exploding off the line and utilizing his quick and heavy hands to knock away the hands of the blocker and keep himself free. Thanks to his sheer size and presence, he is a candidate to immediately see the field this fall for North Cobb. Everything looked natural to him. He played with tight, clean, and fluid footwork while going through drills. His footwork and twitchiness translated when matching up with DBs, as it was evident that he was simply too much to handle 1 on 1. James is still young, but he is playing his future football at Central, where they have a rich history of pumping out elite WRs. As he gets older and continues to improve, he will only raise his stock even more. He caught my eye thanks to his fluidity and explosiveness in drills. When you look at him, you can tell he is a physical runner with a low center of gravity. His early film backs up that claim. Still, he showed plenty of finesse and looked the part of a well-rounded, every down RB option. However, Robinson showed the arm strength needed to battle through those conditions. Robinson has a tightly coiled, quick release. The ball pops off his hand and can reach some of the farther parts of the field. In drills, he looked explosive.
