Moments after their thrilling win against Homestead in this year's 3M state title rematch in Tallahassee, Fort Lauderdale St. Thomas Aquinas and head coach Roger Harriott quickly looked to 2024.

Winning their fifth consecutive state title is something that nobody has done before, and while it's quite an accomplishment, winning for the sixth time is more than a reality.

The old saying that the great programs do not rebuild is very much in play here. All the Raiders continue to do is rebuild, and while replacing some key parts of a team that was 14-1 this season and has compiled an 84-5 record during the past five years, is something that happens every year.

With our look at what all the state championship teams have coming back for the 2024 season, we have already checkout out Hawthorne (1R), Sarasota Cardinal Mooney (1S), Cocoa (2S), Daytona Beach Mainland (3S), Lakeland (4S), Hollywood Chaminade-Madonna (1M) and Tampa Berkeley Prep (2M).

Today we looked at a program that said that while there are several prospects on the current roster who will be back, you can always count on other gifted student/athletes making the move to be part of what is one of the best football programs in the nation.
