Hulmes was a big part of helping defeat Wyomissing in the last round of the playoffs. He does a nice job of getting downhill and making tackles. At defensive back, he shows off good ball skills. In his film I watched he made several big interceptions for Northwestern Lehigh. He has thrown for 1699 yards, 23 touchdowns, and only 6 interceptions. Looking at his film he throws a nice deep ball. He puts a good touch on the ball. Leh does a nice job of scrambling when the play breaks down and he can find an open receiver or run for a first down.
