The New England Preparatory School Athletic Council is an organization that serves as the governing body for sports in preparatory schools and leagues in New England. NESPAC released a 2023 Fall Season All NEPSAC player award chosen amongst the league coaches. The prospects listed below all received All NEPSAC recognition for their season play. These same prospects are projected to initiate the attention of college football programs or spark additional interest after a great junior season of play.
2025 EJ Perez EJ Perez 6’2″ | 275 lbs | DL Brunswick School | 2025 State New E attends Brunswick School in Connecticut. He was elected a captain before this fall season and is known to be a leader and hard-working in the weight room. He plays physically and has a great motor. This season he earned 11 TFL’s, 6 sacks, and 3 forced fumbles. He performed at a high level and caught the attention of many league coaches. In addition to his play on the field, his work ethic, discipline, & character are unmatched; a reason was why the team voted him a JR captain! His season performance earned him NEPSAC Class A and All League honors.
He was ranked as our # 10 defensive line player in the class of 2025 within New England before the fall 2023 season. His physical measurables align with Div-1 low FCS/ High D-2 Defensive linemen. He is a prospect projected to spark college football interest after his great junior season of play.

2025 Ty Ciongoli Ty Ciongoli 6’1″ | 180 lbs | QB St. Sebastian’s School | 2025 State New E attends St. Sebestians’s School in Massachusetts. The junior signal caller had himself a great 2022 sophomore season with 1810 passing yards and 9 touchdown passes during season play and was primed to be a leader for the 2023 season. He entered the 2023 fall season with high expectations and delivered. This season, he totaled 2007 passing yards, 18 touchdown passes in (8 games).
He performed at a high level and caught the attention of many league coaches. He was selected as a top weekly New England region performer several times this season. His season performances earned him NEPSAC Class A and All ISL honors.
He was ranked as our # 18 quarterback in the class of 2025 within New England before the fall 2023 season. His physical measurables align with Div-1 low FCS/ High D-2/High NAIA quarterbacks. He is a prospect projected to spark college football interest after his great junior season of play.
Highlights
Davian Mcdonald attends Williston Northampton in Massachusetts. He is a transfer from Phillips Academy that was announced in March 2o023. He entered the 2023 season with high expectations and he lived up to those expectations.
During season play he completed 174 passes in 240 attempts for a total of 2462 yards and 27 Td’s in 8 games. He also had 148 yards rushing and 1 td. His athleticism combined with good balance, body control, and mechanics stands out. He performed at a high level and caught the attention of many league coaches. His season performances earned him All NEPSAC Conference honors.
He was ranked as our #6 quarterback in the class of 2025 within New England before the fall 2023 season. His physical measurables align with the Div-1 FBS group of five/or High Div- 1 FCS college-level quarterbacks. He is a prospect projected to spark additonal college football interest after his great junior season of play.
Qeanu Johnson Qeanu Johnson 6’1″ | 190 lbs | ATH Hamden Hall | 2025 State New E attends Hamden Hall in Connecticut. He is a prosepct that continues to climb in the rankings. He is known for his versatility and high level blocking ability to hit moving targets in open field. He takes pride in his blocking abilities. Starts both ways, contributes in all three phases. He has a 6’1 | 190, frame that looks chiseled out, and could pass for 200+ if you didn’t know better.
This 2023 season he had 17 touchdowns, 2 interceptions – (of them pick six for 99 yards), 1,280- all purpose yards, 11 carries for 164 rushing yards, 33 receptions for a total of 584 yards , 8 kick returns for 261 yards, and 6 punt returns for 172 yards. He performed at a high level and caught the attention of many league coaches. His season performances earned him Evergreen League Offensive Player of The Year as well as 1st team All-NEPSAC and 1st team All-Evergreen honors.
He was ranked as our #2 athlete in the class of 2025 within New England before the fall 2023 season. His physical measurables and athletic talents could align with the Div-1 FBS group of five/or High Div- 1 FCS college-level prospects. He is a prospect that has drawn early offers from schools such as Army WP, Indiana, Yale, and Boston College. He is projected to spark additional college football interest after his great junior season of play.
Carson Daniell Carson Daniell 6’1″ | 220 lbs | LB St. Paul’s School | 2025 State New E attends St Paul’s School in New Hampshire. A linebacker who is competitive, hard-nosed, tough, and gritty and can read and react quickly to run or pass. Has a solid frame for the position. He performs with a high intensity and motor. He can plug gaps and maintain gap integrity. “Daniell” is a force in the middle of a defense. He can sniff out ball carriers before they get into their attempted running lane.
This 2023 fall season he totaled 72 tackles, 11 tackles for losses, 1 forced fumble, 5 sacks, and 4 touchdowns. His season performances earned him All-Independent School League honors as well as All-NEPSAC honors. He was also selected as a captain by his teammates to lead them into the fall 2024 season.
He was ranked as our #17 linebacker in the class of 2025 within New England before the fall 2023 season. His physical measurables and athletic talents could align with the Div-1 FBS group of five/or High Div- 1 FCS college-level prospects. He is a prospect projected to spark college football interest after his great junior season of play.
