Thank you to all our fans, players, and coaches for alerting us of these rising talents within the New England Region this season. In this report, I will preview five rising freshman prospects projected with promising futures.
Dion Kitsos
Kitsos is a 6’0″ /190lbs linebacker attending Milton Academy in Massachusetts. This season he earned playing time as a rising freshman on varsity for a school that participates in the NEPSAC.
A review of his season film has some good clips showing his ability to engage and shed blocks. I like how he continues on a play after engaging and shedding a block. He seems to use a wrap-and-roll technique tackling form and is effective at tackling in space. The film lacks any sideline-to-sideline film clips to properly evaluate and gauge his speed including angle pursuits. I like his instincts and how well he can read keys initially and to work around blocks. He can see through the box and make plays with chaos around him.
His physical measurements (height & weight) align with Div-1 FCS /High D-2/High NAIA linebackers. He has plenty of time for additional growth and development

Maxwell Parent
“Parent” is a 5’9″ – 180lbs athlete attending St. Mary’s in Massachusetts. This season he earned playing time as a rising freshman on varsity. His name surfaced a few times this season as a top-performing star—an impressive accolade for a varsity football freshman. This season, he played in 10 games. He totaled 96 carries, 557 total rushing yards, and 8 touchdowns on offense. On defense, he had 40 solo tackles and 40 assisted tackles for a total of 80- tackles including 3 tackles for losses, 2 interceptions, 1 forced fumble, and 1 defensive touchdown.
A review of his season film displays he has decent field vision as young RB. When I say vision, it’s about the back being able to see the holes open up and feel 1st level to 2nd level. Some runners can’t do that and they’re typically going to be ‘gap scheme’ runners or told which hole to go through. For zone backs, it’s an option but one that has to be carefully coached into the player. His lower body strength does stand out in some defensive clips where he meets RBs in the hole and doesn’t go backward after standing up the ball carrier.
His physical measurements (height & weight) align with Low Div-2 / NAIA/ All D-3 college-level running backs. He has plenty of time for additional growth and development

Jake Broggi
“Broggi” is a 6’0″ – 180lbs athlete attending Wellesley High School in Massachusetts.
His name surfaced to our attention early September 2023 by area coaches. He is a young prospect who earned varsity time as a freshman and surely made the most of his opportunity at the varsity level this season. He played in 11 games during the 2023 season. While being positioned and starting at linebacker this season, he had 70 total tackles, 7 sacks, 12 tackles for losses, 3 interceptions, 2 touchdowns and 2 fumble recoveries.
A review of his season film was a pleasure to see. His film just pops and is what college coaches like to see in a young prospect. The freshman linebacker has a very good frame to work with and easily can see his physical presence and aggression. He doesn’t hesitate and will strike through any ball carrier. His instincts are solid along with the ability to see the play happen before it does and make a play. He is far advanced in reactionary skills for his age. The recruiting factors I see to his value are he reads and reacts quickly, has obvious strength at POA, has Very good balance and ankle flexibility, has an obvious burst with quickness and speed, and has high strength and leverage used in his techniques.
His current (height & weight) align with Low Div-1 FCS / High D-2/High NAIA college-level linebackers. He has plenty of time for additional growth and development.

Davie DeLuties
“DeLuties” is a 6’0″ – 180lbs athlete attending Masconomet High School in Massachusetts.
His name surfaced to our attention after a solid performance week of September 21, 2023. In his first varsity start, the freshman had 4 tackles, 2 assisted tackles, 1 tackle for a loss and a forced fumble with recovery. Aggressive and physical play for a freshman. I was recently informed that he has played in a total of 6 varsity games this past season. In these 6 games he had 35 solo tackles, 39 assisted tackles for a total of 74 tackles in the season. He also had 9 tackle for losses, 2 forced fumbles, and 1 interception.
A review of his season highlight film displays impressive quality play from the young linebacker. I see him as an active player who shows good movement. He pursues well. Obvious quickness. Strong on contact. Instinctive in the run game. Good knee bend. He can stand blockers up and knock ball carriers backward on contact. Plays with a motor and no hesitation to his target. He is aggressive in many facets of the game and puts consistent effort into delivering bone-crushing hits when he tackles.
His current (height & weight) align with Low Div-1 FCS / High D-2/High NAIA college-level linebackers. He has plenty of time for additional growth and development.
