Deonte Dean
Deonte Dean 6'0" | 190 lbs | RB | 2024
TX

With the Texas UIL State Games completed, the 2023 Football Season has officially come to an end. This is the Last Chance to showcase Class of 2024 Seniors that have the ability to complete at the next level! College Coaches need to pay attention to the following athletes, as they are still Under The Radar in the Recruiting World. Here are some skill position players that have the ability to play at the next level.

Jadin Hambrick - 6'7” WR - Tyler Legacy High School - Tyler, TX

Jadin Hambrick is a wide receiver from the East Texas/Tyler area. His lengthy frame is ideal for the next level. He provides a huge target for his quarterback, and has shown the ability to get up over defenders, high points the football and catches the ball with his hands. Jadin shows his ability to track a ball in the air and adjust to the football. He has some offers right now, but believe that he could still be a bit under the radar.

Twitter: @Jhambrick_6

Anthony Portonova - 6'2” DB/WR - Porter High School - Porter, TX

Anthony Portonova plays both sides of the ball for Porter High School in the Houston metro area. As a defender, he plays with extremely high effort. Anthony is quick to the football and plays with physicality. On the back side of a play he is seen relentlessly pursuing the football at all times, and tracks down defenders with his speed. On the offensive side, he is a reliable option for his QB. Sure hands, runs above average routes. Has a few D3/NAIA offers but has not committed yet. Definitely worth taking a look at.

Twitter: @anthonyport2024

David Vallejo Jr. - 6'2” WR - Lake Ridge High School - Mansfield, TX

David Vallejo Jr. aka “Prince” is a wide receiver from Mansfield, TX in the DFT metro area. Vallejo is a solid athlete with reliable hands. Shows an ability to sink hips and change direction while running routes. Has shown an ability to adjust to the football in the air. David also has great awareness, has picked up big gains on scramble situations and coming back to the QB. Plays in a very competitive district and has shown ability to make plays. Has a few offers but not committed. Quality possession receiver.

Twitter: @Vallejojr20

[player_tooltip player_id='996634' first='Deonte' last='Dean'] - 6'0” RB - Lake Highlands High School - Dallas, TX

[player_tooltip player_id='996634' first='Deonte' last='Dean'] is a running back from the Dallas metro area. Dean is an elusive running back that runs with great awareness of space and pressure. Has good vision and patience when in the backfield. Has the speed to pop big plays. Dean also has a great burst of acceleration that helps when he makes his cuts and changes directions. Very tough runner, does not go down easily. Also has good hands, and has shown to be a reliable receiver from the backfield. Has over 2,000 yds. from scrimmage offensively. Determined to reach the end zone every time he touches the football. Has multiple D2/D3 offers, but is not yet committed. Definitely worth checking this young man out.

Twitter: @thereal_deann

Lucius Lyman - 6'6” TE/WR - San Antonio Brennan High School - San Antonio, TX

Lucius Lyman is a big tight end from the San Antonio area. At 6'6”, Lyman provides a massive target for his QB. He also is not afraid to get down and dirty in the trenches. Blocks the run with very high effort. This makes him a big threat on play action passes. Lyman catches the ball with his hands, and shows ability to get up and high point the football. The upside for this young man is there. With the right college program, he could be a big problem for defenses. Has multiple offers to D2, D3, and NAIA programs. Still a bit under the radar. Coaches need to take a look at this young man.

Twitter: @theLuciusLyman_

As always, if you know of any athletes that I should take a look at, please don't hesitate to reach out to me on twitter: @CoachSGZ, @Recruiting_List , & @TXRecruits.

More Exceptional athletes are currently being evaluated, and will be brought to you very soon!
