Prep Redzone has the details…
Jorden Edmonds Jorden Edmonds 6'3" | 175 lbs | ATH Sprayberry | 2026 State GA – Sprayberry
A big-time athlete with tremendous ball skills and size at 6-foot-3 180-pounds, Edmonds flashed easy Power Five potential as a sophomore last season and is about to see his recruitment really take off. The Marietta native and outstanding two-way player had a big first week as a D1 prospect, earning his first offer from Georgia Tech and another from Wisconsin. He can run, leap, and grab everything in sight. He’s a natural athlete and a gifted, natural receiver. He can stretch the field, make plays after the catch, and covers a lot of ground in coverage defensively. The Cobb County standout should absolutely see more offers come his way sooner than later. If he continues to develop and can add more muscle over the next 10 months, he has a chance to have a giant junior season in 2024.
Corey “CJ” Willingham – Rabun Gap
A speedy receiver with a knack for getting behind the defense, Willingham was a major bright spot for Rabun Gap on offense last year as he caught 17 passes for 319 yards and four touchdowns. He’s a big-play threat and a major vertical weapon down the field. He shows good burt and explosion, and if defenders don’t display good technique, the young pass-catcher can run right by them. He shows good hands, can help in the screen game, and shows major promise as a true go-to weapon next season. The Eagles are loaded with talent, and Willingham is one of the more talented players on offense. His recruitment could pick off soon, and he earned his first offer this week from Central Michigan.
Kaiden Prothro Kaiden Prothro 6'5" | 200 lbs | ATH Bowdon | 2026 State GA – Bowdon
A long, lanky receivers with great ball skills, Prothro is a promising 6-foot-6 200-pound wideout who is quickly becoming one of the state’s best in the 2026 class. His recruitment is picking up, and he recently earned a new SEC offer from the Ole Miss Rebels. An above-average route-runner for his size who knows how to leap and snatch the ball out of the air, Prothro can pick up big yards after the catch and is a long-strider down the field. A multi-sport star, Prothro is a big-time weapon as a pass-catcher who plays the ball well in the air and can come down with a tough catch. He’s an easy mismatch against smaller defenders and is coming off a big sophomore season where he caught 32 passes for 809 yards and 12 touchdowns. He’s a big-time prospect and one of the best receivers in the 2026 class, so expect more offers to come his way down the road.
