In this report, get to know a few of the regular seasons’ 2025 QB stock risers below, where I’ll highlight their play during the regular season, their current physical measurables alignment toward the college level of play, and what they bring to the table as football players.
Charlie Gulbin
A higher confidence change seen in “Gulbin” skills this season and rightfully so. The junior surely has put up some good numbers this season. This is a positive note for a prospect who had a serious injury that needed surgery to repair his ACL and MCL in 2019 when he was 14. Four years later, he is on a mission and track to get to the next level. He completed the season playing in 8 games. He compiled 1602 yards in the air while attempting 163 passes and completing 117 passes. He also totaled 18 touchdowns on the season. A quick glance at his film shows good poise in the pocket this season and it stands out. He continues to make very accurate throws under pressure and has the athleticism to escape the pocket and make plays with his feet or arm. His play this season will draw attention from college coaches. His measurables align with Low Div -1 FCS/High D2/High NAIA quarterbacks.
Alex Figueroa
He has turned in another impressive season in the QB position after transferring from Lunenburg High School in Massachusetts to Gardner High School in Massachusetts. Week after week he put up good numbers. He has played in 10 games thus far and has completed 68 passes in 121 attempts for a total of 1407 passing yards with 3 interceptions. His pocket awareness is what stands out to me. He has a great sense and ability to escape the pocket when needed to extend the play with his feet or arm. He has Intangibles like toughness and grit. His physical measurables align with High D-2/High NAIA Quarterbacks.
Highlights
The rising junior turned in an eye opening season. Playing in arguably one of the toughest conferences in New England at the prep level, he found success heading into his junior season. He completed 174 passes in 240 attempts for a total of 2462 yards and 27 Td’s in 8-games. He also had 148 yards rushing and 1 td. He shows good poise combined with a bit of confidence innhis game. His quick feet in his drop backs combined with his quick release stands out when you view his film. Has very good ball placement and accuracy in his throws. His pocket awareness is solid and he can extend the play when needed with his feet. He flashes the ability to throw to receivers open and execute the back shoulder throw. He shows decent speed and very good arm strength with leadership qualities. His physical measurables align with Div 1 FBS group of 5 and or Div 1 FCS quarterbacks.
Jayden Barber
The rising junior qb took the reigns of the Qb position this season and hasn’t looked back. In fact, he has impressed many and his season stats are a true reflection of just how well he can play. He played in 10-games this season. He completed 170 passes in 240 attempts for a total of 2661 yards with 11 interceptions. He also rushed for 464 total yards on just 43 carries. His skill sets displays the ability to throw the Deep Out, Comeback, Dig, and Seam Route with slight loft. He can easily extend plays with his feet or arm. He makes accurate throws under pressure. His phsyical measurables align with Div 1 Low FCS/High D-2/ High NAIA Qb’s.
Emanuel Sampel
He returned to the Qb postion after being the starter last season. A true competitor with good poise and high intelligence to read defenses at pre-snap. This season, he appears to be very comfortable in the pocket while executing RPO reps. A bit more growth and development can be seen in his skills. Gets the ball out very quickly with accuracy and pepper on the throws. Has good pocket awareness. Keeps his eyes downfield when scrambling and being pressured. Has a nice touch on the ball on deep throws. In 8 games played this season thus far, he has completed 117 passes in 183 attempts for a total of 1850 yards with 10 interceptions. He has a very smooth release with good mechanics. His physical measurables align with Div 1 Low FCS/High D2/High NAIA quarterbacks.

Charlie Vyadro
His name surfaced to our attention the week of September 15, 2023 when he completed 18-of-25 passes for 230 yards and three touchdowns to help lead his team to victory. On October 20, 2023, his name surfaced to our attention again after he completed 22-of-31 passes for 288 yards and three touchdowns. During the week of November 15, 2023, he completed 14-of-17 passes for 315 yards and four touchdowns. His production this season easily grabbed my attention to glance at his film. Seen as a confident athlete who can surely spin the ball. He has good mechanics with a fluid drop-back motion. Balls comes out with a nice soft loft in deeper throws. Has the proficient ability to throw to receivers open and execute the back shoulder throw. Displays a high ability to throw the Deep Out, Dig, and Seam Route with slight loft. Knows how to step into the pocket when being pressured from outside. His physical measurables align with Div-1 Low FCS/High D-2/High NAIA quarterbacks.

Mikey Galligan
I was alerted to his name from a few area coaches and then his name surfaced to my attention with his weekly season performances. During game action in early September, he threw for 250 yards and three touchdowns to lead his team to a season-opening win. He has continued to impress with consistent weekly performances. During the week of October 15, 2023, he went 9-of-15 passes for 287 yards and three touchdowns. In his last performance during the week of Nov 10, 2023, he completed 12-of-21 passes for 151 yards and four touchdowns while adding a rushing score. A glance at his film shows very good poise and command presence. He can keep plays alive with good scrambling ability. He is slippery all while keeping his eyes downfield for open targets. Pocket awareness is strong and present. Gives me a sense of security that he can extend the play if needed with his feet or arm. His physical measurables align with Div-1 Low FCS/High D-2/High NAIA quarterbacks.

Arnaud Dugas
A Canada transfer this season and new to the New England region. His name surfaced to my attention early pre-season from a Canadian coach and his Head Coach at Thayer Academy with a note that he has a big-time arm and is athletic. The Candian gunslinger had a solid 2023 reg-season and opened eyes around the NEPSAC circuit in New England. He had 112 completions in 212 attempts for a total of 1515 passing yards with 6 interceptions in just 8 games. I see him as a Pro-Style QB . Has good vision and a strong arm. He can throw the Deep Out, Comeback, Dig, and Seam Routes with no loft. His frame is solid and lean at 6’4″. Has the proficient ability to throw receivers open and execute the back shoulder throw. His physical measurables align with Div -1 FBS power 5/ Div 1 High FCS Qb’s. His frame is solid and fits the part.

James Farrell
His name continues to come to my attention from known sources around the region. He is currently ranked as our #8 QB in the class of 2025 within New England. I’ve been informed of two specific performances he produced this season. Week 1 of the Massachusetts fall season, he compiled a total of 237 passing yards and in the last week of the regular season, he totaled 235 yards passing. A quick glance of his 6-game highlight film was a pleasure to view. The first clip grabbed my attention with a nice 45-yard deep throw. He steps up nicely in the pocket when feeling the outside pressure and delivers a nicely thrown ball downfield for a strike. He is polished and has an obvious command presence in the pocket. Very good mechanics are seen in his dropback. His lower body has good footwork and balance. Does a good job with his timing and working through his progressions. His upper body shows a good quick release and ability to change arm angles. Has good pocket awareness with mobility and feet to tuck and run. Displays a few accurate throws while on the run. Has good athletic ability to run the ball. His physical measurables align with Div 1 FBS group of 5 and or High Div 1 FCS quarterbacks. He is put together well and has a high ceiling at the QB position.

Justin Bianchetto
He was the front-runner to compete for the starting position of Quarterback at his school after the 2022 season. He has lived up to the expectations many have said he is capable of doing. During game action late September 2023, the junior completed 19 of 22 passes for 234 yards and a touchdown. The following week, he completed a 4-yard pass with five seconds remaining in the game to win the game for his team while completing 29 of 50 pass attempts for 279 yards and a pair of touchdowns. The following week, he suffered a knee injury in a game that has sidelined his production. He was easily tracking in the right direction of an impressive season. Through a short presence. on the field, he did display the ability to play at a high level. He is a competitor and has a higher level of toughness and grit seen in his skill set. He is a natural athlete who has a command presence and confidence in his skills. His physical measurables align with Div 1 FBS group of 5/Div 1 FCS quarterbacks.
