Arguably one of, if not u003cstrongu003ethe,u003c/strongu003e #1 player in the state. He's a highly decorated reclass prospect with a UA All-American tag. Vargas exudes confidence as he stands tall in the pocket. With a lot of hard work and training, you can see the attention to detail. Consistently displays solid mechanics, play fakes, and can deliver the ball any spot on the field. He throws a pretty ball with the knowledge to know when to zip it in a window or put some touch for his receivers to run under it. The upside for this kid is numerous and he's in a great environment to hone his skills. Already holds offers this past summer from Penn State, Rhode Island, UMass, Boston College, and UConn.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["425609"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"Rory Funk comes from a strong gene pool standing at 6'1 and a little over 165 pounds. He is a dual sport athlete (baseball stud) and a dual threat at quarterback. Every stereotype about lefties having a little more zip is true in this case. Rory puts enough velocity behind his throws to get it where it needs to be. His legs are a weapon as well. He's not afraid to pull it down on R.P.O. plays and show off his agility to get yardage instead of taking a coverage sack. This kids toughness and smarts will take him a long way in the immediate future.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["889334"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"5'11 155lb QB [player_tooltip player_id='889334' first='Jahir' last='Charles'] has a lot of momentum going into Springfield Central's program. His bigger brother Khaji is already getting attention as a D1 offensive lineman his junior year. Jahir is a two sport stand out with a lot of potential being a leader. He has a quick release, and the football comes out smooth with a firm arch to its target. The footwork is there. The willingness to learn is there. Being able to digest coverages is there as well. Jahir is smart and I believe he will adjust quickly to the playing curve in varsity ball.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["1001665"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"Standing poised in the pocket at 6'1 165 pounds is [player_tooltip player_id='1001665' first='Zachary' last='McKenzie']. He's a reclassed kid and this prospect has a lot of treats in his goodie bag. McKenzie owns a rifle of an arm and is accurate with it. He doesn't;t panic under pressure and can throw on the run as if he was standing still. Being an honor student on and off the field has its advantages. His pre-snap reads are on point and you can watch him go through his progression like a pro. McKenzie has the ability to flip his hips and drop a dime across the field which is a no no for most, but not this kid. I look forward to watching his growth into a top tier quarterback in the coming seasons.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["1069611"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"There is a six footer coming up the ranks for Cardigan Mountain School, named [player_tooltip player_id='1069611' first='John' last='Stadler'] that you need to keep an eye on. Right away, you can't miss the accuracy and timing of his throwing motion. Once he pats that ball and his back foot plants into the ground, Stadler is sending a rocket to his desired destination. This all happens simultaneously with his receivers seeing the ball in flight before they even get out their breaks. This is a killer for secondary defenders. Stadler plays defensive end on the other side of the ball, which shows how tough this kid really is.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":5,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-654b5c42022bd"} /-->
