In this scouting report, we will analyze and evaluate the standout prospects in the 3rd round playoffs, providing detailed insights into their strengths and overall potential.
Henderson is a great runner — he combines gap vision, cut quickness, body lean, and explosion out of the gate to present real problems for defenders. If he’s at your gap level and you’re not set to take him on, it’s likely that you’ll be eating his dust. When he gets into the open field, he’s an opportunist who is looking to create with that quickness and lateral agility.

Able to anticipate and make some bucket throws downfield, with plenty of air under the football; consistently threatened opposing defenses down the sidelines. Shows some ability to climb when facing outside pressure. Stays calm and keeps his eyes downfield when fleeing the pocket.

Stands tall in the pocket with a solid base. Capable of making throws on bootlegs to the right side of the field. Gets the ball out quickly in the short game, with a release that’s at least adequate. Able to work through progressions. Overall arm strength is solid, with good zip on his throws. Has the confidence to trust his arm on passes into tighter windows. Knows when to take something off of his throws. Flashes the ability to throw with anticipation toward the boundary and down the field. Keeps his eyes downfield when fleeing the pocket.
Has a smooth game and is able to change speeds effectively. Shows adequate patience and vision to let blocking develop and recognize cutback lanes. Clean footwork when shuffling to find a hole and doesn’t waste any time hitting when he finds an opportunity, showing adequate burst. Runs with a low center of gravity and appropriate knee-bend. Able to squeeze through pockets for yardage. Can slip by defenders in a phone booth. Runs through arm tackles in the open field. Tries to spin off of attempts for additional yardage. Generally, finishes runs by falling forward. Doesn’t shy away from contact in pass protection and has the anchor strength to absorb power.
