He moves well and is smooth in the hips playing with good pad level and leverage allowing him to quickly change directions and transition into his break. He's got good short area burst with the ability to recover and gain ground with the ball in the air. Violent finisher coming up in run support that accelerates and drives his feet through contact. Well coached, he's efficient and precise with his footwork limiting wasted movement and being patient while he diagnoses. Does a great job using his hands at the LOS and in coverage to gain positional leverage. Plus ball skills, he shows good ball judgement and hands at the catch point. He tracks and adjusts well and does a good job boxing out opponents and playing the ball at the high point. Possesses good long speed to stay in phase on vertical routes. A solid and reliable open field tackler that can break down in space and wrap up to the ground. Recruitment is building with offers from Utah State, Fresno State, and San Diego State.
