Week 8: Top WR/TE Performances

I am listing the players who's stat line stood out, who people recommended, and players who either I watched live or was able to watch highlights from their specific game. He's a strong, powerful player who runs tight routes on the field. He has a big catch radius, being able to locate the ball in the air smoothly. His hands are extremely reliable as he rarely has drops. Each week he shows that he has the ability to play beyond the high school level. I say that with confidence, as his play backs that up. He holds many records in the Sehome history books, and his junior year is just wrapping up. He will have a whole season to add to his stats and it's likely he will hold those records (receptions leader, receptions yards leader, reception touchdown leader) for a long time. He is a player who can EASILY play at the next level. He has amazing body control, route running, speed, elusiveness, hands, and footwork. He's overall a complete receiver and is someone a coach can rely on in big time plays. Any college program is going to get an absolute gem. He's been on a tear this season, having 5 straight games with over 100 receiving yards each game. Woods has many Division 1 college looks, as he should, and should be getting some more looks coming his way. He is one of the most athletic players in the entire state, being able to make big time plays easily.
