Johnny Davison Johnny Davison RB McKenzie | 2027 State AL is making a big splash so far his freshman season at McKenzie and has put a ton of great things on tape this season. Davison has displayed some really impressive speed and acceleration that has consistently left defenders in the dust this year, once he breaks into the open field it’s really hard to catch up to this guy. In addition to his speed Davison has a lot of finesse as well, his elusiveness really impressive, as he consistently can make defenders miss with great ease. So far this year, Davison has produced a ton, carrying the ball 87 times for an impressive 900 yards and 9 touchdowns as well. All year long Davison has been showing how good he is when the ball is in his hands- he is a great weapon out of the backfield every down and is the type of player that just has a knack for making plays when it matters most. Already as a freshman, Davison’s future in football looks really bright, and were going to have to keep an eye on him!
Karveion Black Karveion Black RB Hatton | 2027 State AL has been proving to be a rising star in the state so far his freshman year at Hatton where he has been super efficient. As a running back, Black has a great combination of power and speed that has made him a force to be reckoned with on the field. Black can physically punish defenders and also uses his finesse to outmaneuver them as well, showcasing a versatile and well-rounded skill set already as an underclassmen. So far this season, Black has been a standout performer- carrying the ball 106 times for an impressive 606 yards and 10 touchdowns. Black has a really good ability to find running lanes, break tackles, and consistently is able to move the chains for Hatton’s offense. Daughtry Gober Daughtry Gober 5’10” | 150 lbs | ATH Hackleburg | 2027 State AL is a standout freshman athlete for Hackleburg that has been making quite an impact in his first season. Gober’s versatility is a key aspect of his success, he he has displayed a ton of skill on both offense and defense at both WR and CB. As a wide receiver, Gober has hauled in 17 receptions for 232 yards and found the end zone six times- he has shown to have some really solid athleticism and has a natural ability to make plays in the passing game. Defensively, Gober has also made his presence felt with 12 tackles this year.
