I am excited to evaluate several under-the-radar offensive prospects this weekend. Below, I highlight five players whose stock is on the rise after strong regular seasons.
Isaiah Bottley
Isaiah Bottley
Isaiah Bottley is determined to lead Coronado over Desert Pines after this year’s regular season defeat. Watch for the versatile playmaker’s recruitment to have a few latecomers after Coronado’s season ends. Isaiah shows a large radius and strong hands adjusting outside his frame to complete contested catches. Good vision and lateral quickness highlight Isaiah’s ability to earn chunk yardage in small spaces. Quick feet and a smooth change of direction get displayed when Isaiah separates at the top of routes. Good special teams value shows in Isaiah’s effort as a blocker and in pursuit on defense.
Timothy Randolph Timothy Randolph 5’9″ | 155 lbs | DB Del Sol | 2025 State NV is set to be at the forefront of Del Sol’s postseason attack. The versatile playmaker received an offer from McPherson College and Texas A&M-Commerce this month. Be on the lookout for more schools outside of Nevada to offer Timothy once the winter gets here. Next level quickness gets displayed when Timothy breaks routes off horizontally to separate from underneath defenders. Good adjustment ability and strong hands allow Timothy to make contested catches outside of his frame; Good toughness, balance, and strength shown over the middle highlights his ability to take all the shots required of a slot receiver in college.
Domenic Marcanato may be the most underrated receiver in Reno. Be on the lookout for schools surrounding northern Nevada to come in late to the versatile receiver’s recruitment this winter. Domenic’s length and athleticism allow him to make the tough catches outside his frame. Quick feet and a smooth change of direction get displayed when Domenic separates at the top of routes. Coaches like Domenic’s combination of size, vision, and burst that allows him to create big gains after catching well covered underneath routes.
Jerome Edward Kaeo Kalama Jerome Edward Kaeo Kalama 6'3" | 195 lbs | QB Eldorado | 2026 State NV
Jerome Edward Kaeo Kalama Jerome Edward Kaeo Kalama 6'3" | 195 lbs | QB Eldorado | 2026 State NV
Jerome Edward Kaeo Kalama Jerome Edward Kaeo Kalama 6’3″ | 195 lbs | QB Eldorado | 2026 State NV is headed for the playoffs as the sophomore signal caller for Eldorado. After an impressive two years at quarterback, watch for Jerome to be a top passer in Nevada’s 2026 class by the time his junior year begins. Coaches like Jerome’s pocket passer potential when they see his combination of size, touch, and anticipation deliver perfectly placed deep balls to the opposite sidelines. Good accuracy and arm strength gets displayed in the redzone squeezing the ball in between tight windows for touchdowns. Good toughness and decision-making shows following through on his first read with pass rushers in his face.
Massiah Mingo Massiah Mingo 5’10” | 160 lbs | WR Sierra Canyon | 2026 State CA is one of the most electric playmakers in Nevada. With several FBS offers already, it will be interesting to see who takes the lead in Massiah’s recruiting race once he becomes an upperclassman. A rare combination of balance, speed, and elusiveness shows weaving through traffic as a punt returner. Great quickness and acceleration allow Massiah to reverse field and gain positive yardage after running backwards into a wall of defenders. Contested catch ability and great separation ability will allow Massiah line up anywhere as a receiver in college. Expect him to be a top prospect inside and surrounding Nevada once his junior year gets here.
