In perhaps one of the more exciting blowout wins of the season, Paducah Tilghman (8-0) remained undefeated on the road, blasting past Warren East (5-3) by a final score of 70-20. After catching both teams in action this past Friday night, here's my list of the top standouts on both teams that caught my attention during the matchup in Bowling Green.

At the top of my list is [player_tooltip player_id='735547' first='Jack' last='James'], a 6-foot-0, 190-pound quarterback at Paducah Tilghman High School. James was relentless in the air for the Blue Tornado, throwing for eight touchdowns in the 70-20 win over Warren East. James showcased both his arm strength and pin-point accuracy in Friday night's win, proving he can hit his receivers in stride from anywhere on the field. I also liked how James executed under pressure, utilizing his quick decision-making and ability to get the ball out of his hands before the defense makes contact.

I am additionally impressed with [player_tooltip player_id='334645' first='Martels' last='Carter Jr']., a 6-foot-0, 185-pound defensive back at Paducah Tilghman High School. Carter was unstoppable for the Blue Tornado through four quarters, contributing at both wide receiver and defensive back. Carter was relentless down the stretch, forcing his way into the endzone time and time again, which included a 98-yard touchdown with less than a minute left in the first half. Carter's explosive athleticism and physical edge gave him the advantage on both sides of the ball in the commanding victory in Bowling Green on Friday night.

Claiming the number three spot on my list is [player_tooltip player_id='735546' first='Dane' last='Parsley'], a 6-foot-1, 190-pound quarterback at Warren East High School. Despite the rough loss, Parsley stood out at the helm of the Raiders' offense in the first half, showing off his breakaway speed and physical edge. Parsley made his presence known in third-down scenarios, utilizing bursts of speed in the pocket and along the edge to boost offensive production on the ground when his team needed it the most. Parsley also impressed me with how he was able to get his receiving core involved in the first half.

Another skilled prospect to keep an eye on is [player_tooltip player_id='653483' first='Tray' last='Price'], a 6-foot-0, 175-pound athlete at Warren East High School. Price stood out for the Raiders on both sides of the ball this past week as both a wide receiver and a defensive back. Price caught my attention with an impressive touchdown pass deep into the endzone in the first half to cut the deficit. On the other side, Price competed with excellent physicality, challenging some of Paducah Tilghman's best receivers in the backfield. Another aspect of Price's defensive playstyle that made a difference was his ability to attack the ball, swat it out of the air and make quick tackles.

Coming in at number five on my list is Joeavion Starks, a 6-foot-2, 195-pound wide receiver at Paducah Tilghman High School. Starks was highly explosive for the Blue Tornado' offense in the first half, hauling in two consecutive touchdown passes. Starks established himself in the first drive of the contest, tipping the ball to himself in the air to muscle his way into the endzone. In Paducah Tilghman's next drive, Starks was once again untouchable, blasting into the endzone to put his team up 14-0. In addition to excellent footwork and catching ability, Starks really impresses me with his overall awareness on offense and ability to punch through the defense in the backfield.
