Dane Parsley Dane Parsley 6'1" | 190 lbs | ATH Warren East | 2025 State KY is a player who has been on my radar for a while now and has continued to impress this season. On offense, he is Warren East’s starting quarterback and has completed 96/165 passes for 1,565 yards, 16 touchdowns, and four interceptions in seven games. Dane has a strong arm which he uses to stretch the field in the deep passing game. He has also shown true dual threat ability, running the ball 42 times for 421 yards and nine touchdowns. Parsley has also made an impact on defense, leading his team with 44 tackles along with one tackle for loss and two interceptions. Dane currently holds offers from Campbellsville UT Martin, and Penn, and I expect more to come his way as he has the talent to play multiple positions at the next level. Parsley will be looking to lead Warren East to victory against Logan County this Friday.

Dane Parsley Dane Parsley 6'1" | 190 lbs | ATH Warren East | 2025 State KY is an extremely versatile dual-threat QB who is one of the top mobile QBs in the state 4A class. Parsley, a 6’1 195lb 2025 grad from Warren East High School had a spectacular 2022 season. On the passing side, he completed 61.1% of his passes for 1,880 passing yards and a 30:5 TD/INT ratio (145 passing yards per game). As a runner, he recorded 148 total carries for 1,562 rushing yards & 27 rushing touchdowns in 13 games played (10.7 rushing yards per carry). The first aspect of Parsley’s game that is easy to spot is his patience and his ability to remain tranquil in any situation. Whether he stays in the pocket to wait for an open receiver or takes time to escape the pocket, Dane always seems to be focused and can successfully keep his composure. This has helped him record some of the best statistical numbers from the QB position in the state of Kentucky last season. When he chooses to stay in the pocket to throw, Parsley’s release is quick and precise to the target on every throw. When on the run, Dane excels at reading the gap spots in the defense and can accelerate quickly to hit the open field. This same field vision helps him find open receivers in narrow openings in the secondary, and narrow running lanes. As of now, Dane has attended multiple D1 QB camps and I expect him to continue building interest from recruiters throughout the upcoming 2023 season.

Dane Parsley Dane Parsley 6'1" | 190 lbs | ATH Warren East | 2025 State KY is a young quarterback who truly started to make a name for himself this past season. He had a very impressive sophomore year, completing 124/203 passes for 1,880 yards, 30 touchdowns, and five interceptions. Parsley has impressive accuracy, showing the ability to fit passes into tight coverage and place the ball where only his receiver has a chance to catch it. He has the arm strength to stretch the field in the deep passing game. Warren East also uses Parsley as a weapon in the run game in the read option. He was electric as a ball carrier this past season, running the ball 148 times for 1,562 yards and 27 touchdowns. Dane doesn’t currently hold any offers but he is definitely a player to watch the next two seasons as he has the talent to play somewhere at the next level and has already received some college interest.
