Continue ReadingHarrison has a had a strong showing in the early part of the season, leading Flowers to an undefeated record outscoring teams 281 points to 7. He’s a dual threat QB who carries the ball like a receiver in open field. He throws deep down the field with confidence and puts his corner route passes on a rope. He has chunk play speed, only DB’s will be able to run him down in the open field. Harrison has 6 total touchdowns, with 0 interceptions. In his last game he threw 3 touchdowns for just over 100 yards passing. Marc is on pace to reach the 1,000 all-purpose yard mark by the end of the season. He’s a prospect you should keep an eye on with Flowers on the road to another state championship appearance.
Highlights
Green is a prospect who’s been on the rise since his sophomore year at Mt. Saint Joseph. Other than new jersey colors, a change I see in Dwayne’s game is his explosiveness and speed. He gets off the ball and gets at least 2 steps into the back field, after his assignments you can count on Green to back track his steps close the gap and make a play. Green earned a lot more gameplay and it shows, he’s flying around like he’s always been playing at the highest level in the state.
Kohi is having one heck of a showing thus far. Pancake after pancake, TFL after TFL, he is physically dominating his opponents. The big athlete even has a couple stops on the kickoff coverage team as the kicker/safety. He plays Guard and Tackle on offense, taking his opponents in the opposite direction as fast as he can run forward. Defensively he’s stout in the run game making it very hard to run between the tackles, especially when he played against Laurel, he shoved his blockers right out of the way and showed his burst to the ball.
Highlights
Toles has been ranked fairly high since he’s touched the PRZ database and had been putting on a better show every year. His release is gunshot fast and he shows that he worked on his elusiveness in his when on the run. We’ve seen Toles be lethal from the pocket, his accuracy on the run is worth a double take on his film. He’s quick, very accurate and has a blazing release. Adding those to his veteran passing talent should push him up on some recruiting boards, he’s an entertaining QB prospect to watch.
The highly anticipated freshmen has been able to show some glimpses that look very similar to his dominance last season. He already has the size of some upperclassmen at his position. He shows the strength and power to stand tall against his varsity competition and make plays in the backfield. If it’s not already known by now Wade is not the Freshman you leave unblocked. He does a great job of scrapping down the LOS to make a play on the all carrier.
