We are approaching the early signing day quickly. The class of 2024 will be signing letters of intent to play for the college that has earned the commitment. The Lone Star State is seeing the 2025, 2026, and 2027 classes starting to take center stage and earn scholarship offers as well as recruiting visits. We are going to highlight some players to watch out for over the course of the season.   Joseph Williams-Athlete-Mansfield Summit-2024   Williams is a versatile prospect on both sides of the ball for Mansfield Summit. Williams sees plenty of playing time on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. From the safety position, Williams does a great job of playing the ball while it is in the air. He is a physical defensive back that can separate the ball from the ball carrier. Williams had a busy week on the field and off the field. He earned scholarship offers from Sam Houston State and Texas-San Antonio this week.   [player_tooltip player_id='509564' first='Jakoby' last='Dixon']-Running Back-Brenham-2027   [player_tooltip player_id='509564' first='Jakoby' last='Dixon'] is an explosive running back that does a great job of picking his rushing lanes. He is a running back that uses his speed well and can run between the tackles or cut the run to the outside down the sideline. Dixon has a bright future and is going to be a running back that powerhouse programs are going to watch closely. He has earned scholarship offers from SMU and Texas-San Antonio. Dixon is a prospect to watch out for over the next few seasons.   Tai Yion King-Linebacker-Port Arthur Memorial-2026   King has been causing plenty of headaches for opposing offenses all season. The Memorial linebacker does a great job of getting into the opposing offensive backfield. King is effective at rushing the passer and stopping the run. Meanwhile, he has the speed to drop back into coverage and disrupt the passing game. King spent this weekend visiting the Texas A&M campus. He is a prospect to watch out for at the linebacker position over the next couple of seasons.   [player_tooltip player_id='1228201' first='Dilon' last='Tallie']-Wide Receiver-Arlington Bowie-2025   Tallie is a matchup nightmare at the receiver position for Arlington Bowie. He has impressive athletic ability and does a great job of high pointing the football. Tallie is a player that is dangerous after the catch and extremely difficult to bring down. He has the potential and the ability to cause plenty of problems for opposing defenses over the next few years. Tallie earned a scholarship offer from San Diego State recently.   [player_tooltip player_id='1421097' first='Nathan' last='Tilmon']-Defensive Back-Mansfield Timberview-2025   The safety position in the state of Texas is well represented in this update. He uses his speed well to cover all areas of the field. Tilmon has the versatility to play the run and the pass effectively. He does not shy away from contact and does a good job of making the tackle. Tilmon has earned a scholarship offer from TCU. He is a prospect to watch out for in the class of 2025.
