Against North HS, he erupted for over 150 yards on the ground, and added another three touchdowns both on the ground and through the air. Athy is tremendously under-recruited and one of the more explosive backs across the state with elite short area quickness, twitch and quick feet through the hole adding a third level gear. He went over the 200 yard mark this weekend against Verrado, and currently  has a big time matchup against Sunrise Mountain on Friday night. A few weeks back at the mid point of the season, he was already well over the 500 yard marker receiving with 8 touchdowns, and is one of the more productive pass catchers across the region.
