WR Brody Keefe Brody Keefe 6'3" | 185 lbs | WR Myers Park | 2026 State NC – Myers Park
The much heralded Class of 2026 Wide Receiver put on a show with 3 Touchdown Catches in the big win. Brody consistently won in 1 on 1 coverage and had two touchdown catches in the first quarter, both in the corner of the end zone. One was on a corner route with a nice over-the-shoulder catch, and the 2nd being on a nice timed fade route. Displaying excellent speed and strong hands, Brody showed why he has multiple Divison 1 offers and will be a highly sought-after player for the next couple of years. It was great to talk with Brady about his performance, which you can see linked below.
QB Wendell Thompson – Myers Park
The Class of 2024 signal-caller is having a strong senior season, having thrown the aforementioned 3 touchdown passes to Keefe, and also added a touchdown run of his own. I am impressed with the way Wendell manages the offense, he never seems to be rushed or panicked, always in control and making smart decisions throwing the football. I was excited to speak with Wendell about his performance, which you can check out linked below.
OL Thomas Wilson – Myers Park
A very intelligent and strong-built offensive lineman, you may think Thomas is a gentle giant, but between the white lines he can get nasty and come off of the football, and that happened a good bit this past Friday Night. Myers Park had a good balance offensively, and Wilson was a big reason why. I have written about him before, but at 6’3 and 285 pounds with a 4.0 GPA, he needs to have more recruiting attention, plain and simple. A number of college programs can use a very good offensive lineman like Thomas. He is a Class of 2024 prospect.
WR Ben Kirsch – Ardrey Kell
A 6’3 and 190 pounds receiver, I have been impressed with Ben all season long. This was my first chance to see him up close, and he was impressive with a large catch radius and excellent route running to create separation. He scored two touchdowns in the 4th quarter when Ardrey Kell was attempting to comeback in the game. As a Class of 2025 prospect, I expect him to start picking up some college interest in the offseason when schools are able to see him up close on the camp circuit.
