Brayden Matheney
Brayden Matheney
Brayden Matheney may be the most underrated QB in Boone County. Brayden has shown good touch leading receivers deep and placing the ball directly in front of underneath targets without taking the proper footwork. Brayden’s strength and athleticism displayed evading pressure in the pocket highlights his next level mobility. Coaches are sure to notice Brayden’s arm strength driving the ball outside the numbers on comeback routes and in between tight zones near the goal line. Expect Brayden to be recruited along with some of the top rising juniors in Missouri this fall.
Sam Boydston Sam Boydston 6’3″ | 175 lbs | QB Parkway North | 2025 State MO is at the forefront of Parkway North’s 4-1 start. Sam’s size, poise, and anticipation shown throughout the early 2023 season suggests that he has the tools to succeed under pressure as a college quarterback. Sam’s vision, strength, and quickness in the open field shows he has the athletic ability to extend plays at the next level. Coaches see Sam’s accuracy and good decision-making versus zone coverage and get impressed with Sam’s ability to command a collegiate offense. Expect the St. Louis County signal caller to shoot up recruiting boards this season.
Highlights
Charlie Blondin Charlie Blondin 6’1″ | 170 lbs | QB Warrenton | 2024 State MO has received some regional attention in his recruitment, but I think the talented passer is set to be one of the biggest risers in Warren County this fall. Coaches notice Charlie’s next level arm strength and anticipation when delivering well-timed throws outside of the numbers. Charlie’s flashes his extend ability using his vision and athleticism to find downfield receivers when forced out of the pocket. Good touch and toughness shows delivering deep ball after deep ball in the face of pressure. Look for the senior signal caller to receiver his first offer before 2024 gets here.

Brady Davidson Brady Davidson 6’5″ | 205 lbs | QB Rock Bridge | 2025 State MO has a Harvard commit ahead of him on the depth chart, but he has still shined for Rock Bridge early on this year. Brady has impressed with a good combination of accuracy and arm strength that shows hitting receivers in stride near the sidelines. Good decision-making ability shows cycling through reads and hitting secondary options when primary targets are covered downfield. Recruiters like Brady’s combination of size and athleticism that shows evading pressure with his legs inside or out of the pocket. Brady has been invited to multiple game day visits, so be on the lookout for his list of four offers to grow before this season ends.
Highlights
Tillman Martin Tillman Martin 6’4″ | 200 lbs | QB Liberty North | 2025 State MO is 3-1 during his first season as Liberty North’s starter. Coaches like Tillman’s combination of athleticism, arm strength, and accuracy displayed delivering strikes while on the run. Tillman’s anticipation gets displayed consistently hitting receivers with well-timed throws on underneath routes. Good mobility gets displayed shaking defenders with ease before scrambling for huge gains down the sidelines. Watch for offers to start to trickle in for the good-sized QB before the holidays get here.

Dakarri Hollis Dakarri Hollis 6’1″ | 185 lbs | QB Lutheran North | 2025 State MO may be the most underrated dual-threat prospect in Missouri. He was on a game day visit to Nebraska last weekend and also holds an offer from the University of Miami in Ohio. Be on the lookout for schools closer to Missouri to offer Dakarri before his junior season has finished. Dakarri’s dual-threat potential shows right away fighting through contact and exploding through crowded run boxes for touchdowns as a ball carrier. Next level arm strength shows hitting receivers in the chest on throws outside the numbers. Coaches are impressed with Dakarri’s athleticism, but the decision-making and calm demeanor he displays when forced to create off script through the air highlights his ability to extend plays outside of the pocket at the next level.
