Continue ReadingCherry has been one of the better backs across the section for multiple years now, and has gotten off to a hot start so far in 2023. Against River City, he erupted for 200+ yards and three scores and was extremely tough to bring down. He also did a very nice job on defense, making 5+ tackles and adding an interception. Look for Cherry to be atop the rushing leader boards over the course of this season across the section. He is a D-III+ caliber kid that should gather next level interest and can make an impact at the next level, and checks in just outside the top 30 at the position.
The Inderkum transfer has been one of the better pass rushers and explosive edge guys across the region for the past couple years, and is tough to block off the edge due to his bend, violent hands, and relentless pursuit. He had another great week on Friday night against one of the top teams in the CCS, going for 3 TFL’s and 2 sacks. He has shown that he can dominate top tier competition, and impressed at multiple camps and showcases this past off-season as well. Look for him to be gaining next level interest as he is a no brainer college caliber kid at multiple positions due to his size, pass rush ability and frame.
Ene has been one of the most dominating 2026 prospects across the state, and has shown that he is only getting better as time goes on. He is an elite bruising runner with good contact balance, light on his feet, has start/stop abilities and is a punishing runner in-between the tackles that never goes down on first contact. Ene went for two pick six’s and added another score on the ground, making his presense known on both sides of the ball. Ene deservingly so, checks in as our number one ATH in our latest rankings update.
