Defensive Player of the Week
Hazzard has been steady all season but last Friday was his breakout party as the Patriots key force on defense in their 28-0 win over Coffee County. The Pats junior edge rusher was a nuisance in the Raiders backfield all night long. Hazzard was unblockable, producing at a high level and showing how much of a difference maker he can be. Right now this Mid-TN talent sits inside the Top Five in the state in sacks with seven but it feels like he is finally coming into his own this year, so watch out! Big games are upcoming for Hazzard and the Patriots as well, so his progression this year will be fun to continue watching. Game Stats: 11 tcks, 6 TFL, 2 FF, 2 PD & 2 sacks
Highlights

Positional POTW
QB: Jayden Neal Jayden Neal 5'11" | 195 lbs | QB Knox. Catholic | 2025 TN – Knox. Catholic ‘25 (18-22 passing for 394 yds & 5 TD’s)
– The Fighting Irish have been strong on offense this season and Neal has been a big reason why. This might have been his best game yet as he was not only productive but highly efficient, which looks good to college recruiters.
RB: Elijah Robb Elijah Robb 5'9" | 200 lbs | RB Pope Prep | 2024 State TN – Pope Prep (30 carr. for 272 yds & 5 TD’s (2 rec., 37 yds)
– Robb has picked up his game tremendously over the last few weeks, basically putting his team on his back and leading them to victories. He will need to stay on this level moving forward to help push the Knights into postseason play.
WR/TE: Jaylen Mosley Jaylen Mosley 6'0" | 190 lbs | ATH Jackson Christian | 2025 State TN – Jackson Chrst. ‘25 (6 rec. for 201 yds & 3 TD’s)
– The Eagles currently sit 5-0 on the season with Mosley being that “dude” his team can lean on, as seen from his production in last week’s victory. Don’t be surprised to see Mosley make this list again before the season is over!
OL: Haywood Tomcats
– Not one but two 100 plus yard rushers ran behind the Tomcats offensive line last Friday night in their victory over Obion County. Both junior backs Camarion Miller Camarion Miller 5'8" | 170 lbs | RB Haywood | 2025 State TN and Kemonte Williams Kemonte Williams 5'9" | 220 lbs | RB Haywood | 2025 TN had sensational evenings but neither would have produced without the Bulldogs O-line.
ATH: Radarious Jackson Radarious Jackson 6'3" | 185 lbs | WR Sheffield | 2025 State TN – Sheffield ‘25 (3 rec. for 130 yds & 3 TD’s; 6 carr., 65 yds & 1 TD (7 tcks & 1 Int on Def.)
– Jackson is ranked as a receiver by #PRZTN but it was hard not to place him here under “athletes” as this guy was a one man team in the Knights win last week over Bolton.
DL: Kenderrius Robertson – Mitchell ‘25 (9 tcks, 4 TFL, 4 sacks, 1 FF & 1 FR for a TD)
– This is the 2nd time Robertson has made top performers this season as he continues to produce at a high level for a Mitchell defense that has been strong all year. This guy’s play has been so high that Robertson is beginning to land on some recruiting radars.
LB: A.J. Barbat A.J. Barbat 6'1" | 220 lbs | LB Brentwood Acad. | 2024 State TN – Brentwood Academy (18 tcks, 3 TFL & 3 sacks)
– Barbat was an active force last week against McCallie and even though the Eagles fell defeat to the Blue Tornado, this senior linebacker was a key reason Brentwood Academy stayed in the game until late in the 4th quarter.
DB: Choosen Lokombe Choosen Lokombe 5'10" | 175 lbs | DB McCallie | 2024 State TN – McCallie (5 tcks, 2 PD & 2 Int’s)
– Throughout the entire first of the Blue Tornado’s win over Brentwood Academy last week, Lokombe was an absolute problem for the Eagles offense as he picked off MacIntyre twice while also breaking up several other passes. This was definitely the breakout game Lokombe needed!
