[player_tooltip player_id='152358' first='AJ' last='Pugliano'] TE 24' North Medford- The Oregon commit was dominant against the Vikings, catching 10 passes for 151 yards and 2 TD's (38,23), while also scoring via a blocked punt return in the 56-21 win.

[player_tooltip player_id='738767' first='Walker' last='Bonar'] WR/ATH 24' Thurston- The returning 1st team all-conference WR has looked like one of the top players in Oregon at the 5A level so far this year. He scored another 3 TD's (13, 40) + a 44-yard rushing touchdown. This after scoring 4 TDs last week. The Colts beat Crater 64-21

[player_tooltip player_id='206869' first='Jamahl' last='Wilson'] RB 24' North Salem- If there is any kid who has backed up the hype this year it's Wilson. The McKay transfer can flat out move. He scored all three of his team's TD's, including a 99-yard TD run and 93 Yard kick return, in the 56-21 loss to North Medford.

[player_tooltip player_id='152336' first='Gus' last='Donnerberg'] TE 24' West Linn- The recent Idaho commit played a big part in the Lions dominance over defending 4A Washington state champ Lake Stevens for the second year in a row, catching 4 passes for 147 yards and a TD, which included an 80-yard TD reception. He also picked off a pass from his LB spot in the 49-30 win.

[player_tooltip player_id='402427' first='Tyson' last='Davis'] RB 26' Central Catholic- The 6-0 195-pound sophomore RB came into the game leading his team in all-purpose yards. He added to that running total, with a 57-yard TD run and 63-yard TD reception, in the 42-7 win over Nelson.

[player_tooltip player_id='152353' first='Caden' last='Negra'] WR 24' Ashland- Negra is one of the best receivers in Oregon regardless of classification. He was clutch on Friday helping the Grizzlies to a 21-0 win over Hidden Valley, with two 4th quarter touchdowns (3 Yard Reception + 33 TD run).

[player_tooltip player_id='1091589' first='Thomas' last='Borden'] DB/ATH 24' Oregon City- One of the state's breakout players so far this year. A few weeks removed from a multi-INT game, where he returned a pick for a TD, Borden took a punt back 70 yards for a touchdown, in the 47-6 win over Oregon City.

[player_tooltip player_id='1094065' first='Jacob' last='Nemecek'] DB 24' South Salem- Another kid who hasn't necessarily been one of the most talked about DB's but has great size and could be a player at the next level. The 6-3 safety had 2 INT's, one of which he returned 50 yards for a TD, in the 45-21 win over South Medford.

Will Reid QB 24' Franklin- Definitely one of the more underrated kids in the region heading into week 4, with 14 TD passes in the first three weeks. He added 267 passing yards and 4 more touchdowns to his stat line in the loss to Roosevelt.

[player_tooltip player_id='511302' first='Kallen' last='Gutridge'] QB 24' Wilsonville- As noted the 6-4 200-pound QB is one of the top dual sport kids in the NW. He rushed for over 200 yards while accounting for all 5 TDs (3 rushing, 2 passing) in the 35-20 win over the reigning 5A state champs from Summit. The talented hooper could be a good collegiate QB.

[player_tooltip player_id='1011382' first='Angel' last='Valenzuela'] RB 26' Mountain View- Mt View and Valenzuela are both the talk of Central Oregon right now, with the Cougars sitting at 4-0 and ranked among the top 5A teams in the state. The sophomore Valenzuela already has over 700 yards on the ground this year, rushing 13 times for 170 yards and 2 TDs, in the 59-0 win over former 6A power Southridge.

Sherwood Defense- For the 2nd week in a row we are talking on the Bowmen defense, who have outscored their opponents 101-0 over the last 3 weeks, with their latest shutout coming in the 36-0 win over Westview. Making the feat more impressive is the fact they have played decent programs over the last two weeks in Summit and Clackamas. Sherwood will likely be 9-0 heading into the playoffs as the Pacific Conference is not competitive.

[player_tooltip player_id='511863' first='Dontrell' last='Betts'] RB 25' Roosevelt- Betts was a 1st team all PIL back as a sophomore, so people are already aware. That said as he continues to get better, rushing 13 times for 133 yards and 4 TDs. The Roughriders have the inside track on the PIL, winning 40-27 over Franklin.

[player_tooltip player_id='738760' first='Tanner' last='Hoskins'] QB 24' Tillamook- Most aren't aware of Hoskins playing 4A ball but the returning all-state QB helped the Cheesemakers to state title game last year, losing to Estacada. They got revenge in a big way, beating the Rangers 48-22 while he rushed for touchdowns of (47,93). Hoskins also passed for an 83 yard TD.

[player_tooltip player_id='1326582' first='Kristopher' last='Baldwin'] RB 25' Mazama/ [player_tooltip player_id='738761' first='Tyson' last='Van Gastel'] QB 24' Mazama 177 rush yads- The Junior Baldwin had one of the best nights of any athlete statewide, rushing for a career high 214 yards and 3 TDs, in the 67-21 win over North Bend. We've talked about Van Gastel multiple times as he was one of the only underclassmen in Oregon to earn all-state honors on both sides of the ball last year. He rushed for 177 yards from his QB spot.

Landyn Meeker RB 25' North Medford- Most weren't aware of Meeker, including myself, heading into this contest. The Junior RB had an outstanding night, rushing for 162 yards and a TD in the 56-21 win.
