Another wide receiver who played well, However, Williams made his impact on special teams.
Williams is well known for his play as a defensive back and wide receiver, but his punt block for a touchdown that put the game way out of reach reinforced that Williams is an all-around player who can impact all phases of the game.
DEFENSIVE STANDOUT
Spencer Davila
Spencer Davila
It wasn’t hard to find the most outstanding performer of the defense, because Spencer Davila was all over the field. Built more like the modern-day linebacker he stands 6’2 195 pounds and did everything from destroying blocks to getting tackles for loss in the run game. I came away impressed with how instinctive he is and how can attack downhill and can make plays in space.
Davila had a solid all-around defensive performance.
