[player_tooltip player_id='401501' first='Evan' last='Harvey'] - Sandy Creek

A breakout defender in thee 2026 class, Harvey has showed his dominance so far in the 2023 season. The big 6-foot-3 225-pounder out of Tyron, Georgia is quickly becoming one of the top young defenders in the area and has flashed easy D1 potential early this fall. Through four games, Harvey has made 17 tackles and an eye-opening 11 TFLs. He's lived in the backfield due to his explosiveness of the snap, raw strength, and great motor. He's been incredibly tough to block this year and he's only getting better. Against a strong East Coweta team, Harvey made 7 tackles, 5 TFLs, and 3.5 sacks. A promising run defender and a natural pass-rusher, Harvey is someone who can play multiple positions on the defensive line. He's also forced two fumbles so far this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1116919' first='CJ' last='Dockery'] - Prince Avenue Christian

A breakout receiver to know in the Athens area, Dockery is putting up big-time numbers for an extremely pass-happy offense at Prince Avenue Christian. Through four games, the 6-foot-2 185-pounder has only caught 15 passes, but he's made them all count, averaging 20.1 yards per reception. He's put up 301 receiving yards so far this season, making him one of the most productive sophomore receivers in the state to start this season. He brings plenty of size and knows how to pick up yards after the catch. He shows reliable hands, big-play ability, balance, and the ability to break tackles. He's a dependable option for quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='321460' first='Aaron' last='Philo'] who looks to light up the stat sheet this season as a senior. With Dockery becoming a major weapon, look for his targets to increase more and more as the season moves along.

[player_tooltip player_id='1612478' first='Tyler' last='Rogers'] - Pepperell

It's been a tough start to the 2023 season for the Pepperell Dragons, but one bright spot so far has been the play of sophomore running back, [player_tooltip player_id='1612478' first='Tyler' last='Rogers']. A smaller back, Rogers shows good vision and burst up the field. He sees the hole early, hits it hard, and has been extremely productive to start the season. Just a sophomore, Rogers has shown the ability to put his team on his back, rushing for 351 yards through his first three games. After rushing for 58 yards in the season opener, Rogers has really flashed in weeks two and three. In his second game, Rogers took off for 103 yards and a touchdown. He was even better in his third game against Woodland, rushing for 190 yards and two touchdowns. He's not the biggest or fastest back out there, but he's playing better and better, proving to be a breakout running back this year in Northwest Georgia.
