Below, I break down what makes these specific receivers ready to create with the ball in their hands at the college level.
Trace Estes is a walking mismatch out of Minden, Nevada. Trace has received an opportunity to continue his football career at Pacific University. Be on the lookout for more schools surrounding Nevada to recruit Trace before his senior season has finished.
Trace’s next level athleticism shows adjusting at the catchpoint and also utilizing quickness to create as a ball carrier in space. Good balance and power get displayed when Trace flattens smaller defenders in the open field. Trace’s length, strong hands, and athleticism at the catchpoint highlights his potential to be a mismatch redzone target in college.

Zen Coleman Zen Coleman 6’0″ | 160 lbs | ATH Centennial | 2024 State NV is a talented two-way prospect out of Las Vegas. Zen holds one offer from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. He also represented Centennial at the Las Vegas Sun Sports’ media days. Don’t be surprised when Zen’s regional recruitment heats up this fall.
Zen’s burst shows quickly eating up cushion man defenders give him in off coverage. Good vision, top speed, and playmaking ability get displayed scoring touchdowns when targeted on well defended bubble screens. Zen displays good balance, toughness, and strong hands when fighting through contact at the catch point.
Tyrik Siméus is a good-sized receiver coaches need to know about out of Desert Pines High School. Tyrik went to visits at USC and UCLA this spring. He has also been to 7 on 7 competitions in the past. Expect Tyrik’s regional recruitment to pick up steam this fall.
Next level top speed shows gaining vertical separation as a receiver and scoring touchdowns as a kick returner. Toughness shows absorbing contact at the catchpoint, while Tyrik’s power gets displayed initiating contact as a lead blocker. Tyrik’s strong hands, balance, and adjustment ability give him an ideal skillset to operate as a collegiate slot receiver in traffic.
Chase Otteson is a talented slot receiver prospect out of Mesquite, Nevada. Chase has competed at multiple off-season contests and received attention from other media outlets. Watch for schools in the region to start inviting him to campus this fall.
Good balance, quick feet, and vision in the open field displayed as a punt returner highlight Chase’s next level playmaking ability. Chase’s next level burst shows exploding off the line of scrimmage, while his top gear gets displayed burning defenders down the sidelines for touchdowns after the catch. Chase’s radius, adjustment ability, and ability to absorb contact lets coaches know he has the skills to make the tough catches over the middle as a slot receiver.

KeAndre Ramsey KeAndre Ramsey 6’4″ | 195 lbs | WR Legacy | 2024 State NV is a versatile playmaker out of Legacy High School. The tall, athletic receiver may be one of the most under recruited offensive prospects in Nevada. KeAndre has the experience and skill set to be a mismatch in the passing game; Watch for coaches recruiting the Las Vegas area to realize this sooner rather than later.
KeAndre’s rare combination of length and athleticism shows elevating over defensive backs in the endzone and extending to the edges of his radius to make catches with two hands, sometimes one. Good strength and quickness shows fighting through traffic to separate from defenders in the middle of the field. Experience running routes as an inline tight end combined with good size, balance, and solid hands highlight KeAndre’s ability to be a versatile H back at the next level.
