Jackson Diehl
Jackson Diehl
Diehl accounted for all of La Jolla’s touchdowns throwing for 288 yards and 3 TDs and another 174 yards and 3 TDs on the ground in their 41-19 win over Bishop’s. He excelled at getting the ball out with a smooth and quick release, fitting into tight windows with velocity, and changing arm angles when avoiding the rush. He’s a crafty runner with the ball and showed his top-end speed on TD runs of 54 and 57. Diehl has the playmaking talent to pick up multiple offers this season.
Brandt Barker
Brandt Barker
Barker tied a school record with 7 TDs on 21/30 passing and 300+ yards. He connected with senior WR Chance LaChappa 7 times for 4 TDs. Barker’s a gifted passer at 6’5”/215 with upside in his natural size and arm strength. He looks to have improved his deep ball this offseason throwing with accuracy and air under the ball. Barker has potential to be among the breakout junior QBs this season.
Stevens shined as Cathedral Catholic rolled out their new-look spread offense in their 55-14 blowout win over Mater Dei Catholic. He flashed his dual-threat ability completing 9/13 passes for 200 yards and 3 TDs and another 83 rushing yards and a TD on the ground. He looks comfortable navigating and throwing from the pocket with a strong, accurate arm and can throw on the run. He can take advantage of space with his speed and elusiveness once he gets to the second level. Stevens, who added offers from UC Davis, App St., Arkansas St., UNLV, Lehigh, and Georgetown this offseason, looks poised for a massive senior season.
The junior QB totaled almost 300 passing yards and 3 TDs and found RB Jaylon Brown Jaylon Brown 6'0" | 175 lbs | DB Madison | 2024 State CA and WR Xavier Quintanar Xavier Quintanar 5'11" | 170 lbs | WR Madison | 2025 State CA for explosive plays in his first start for Madison. He’s a lanky 6’3”/175 that can move around the pocket and pick up chunks of yards with his legs when needed (5 rushes, 64 yards). Parenteau has the tools and playmakers around him to put his name on the radar this season.
Jack Schneider
Jack Schneider
Schneider found standout junior WR Ty Olsen Ty Olsen 6'2" | 190 lbs | WR Del Norte | 2025 State CA for 2 TDs and was overall efficient in the 23-14 victory over Torrey Pines completing 21 of 25 passes for 215 yards. He looked fluid with his mechanics getting the ball out on time and hitting receivers in stride. Schneider’s generated interest from several D-I programs and could be due to pick up his first in the near future.
