In this new series of articles, I will be posting positional breakdowns by conference so you can get to know who might be taking the field next season. For this article, I will be talking about the quarterbacks within the 3A Metro Mountain Conference.

O'Dea HS: Luke D'Anna c/o 2024. Luke is electrifying on the field. He is one of my favorite quarterbacks to watch and excels while sitting in the pocket. He has a big arm that can sling the ball far down the field. He has great touch on the ball as it seems to be placed perfectly where he wants to go. D'Anna is going to have a big year for O'Dea HS.

Seattle Prep HS: [player_tooltip player_id='693811' first='Beau' last='Oaksmith'] c/o 2025. Beau was the starter last season and was voted 2nd team all Metro for his performance on the season. He's a righty quarterback who can really sling the ball with accuracy and is exciting to watch on the field. He throws on the run very well and extends plays well with his legs.

Bishop Blanchet HS: [player_tooltip player_id='670979' first='Cole' last='Allegro'] c/o 2025. Cole was the starter last year as a sophomore and played very well all season long. He delivers great long balls, hitting his receivers in stride. He is athletic and can roll out and still deliver accurate passes. He is going to have a huge junior year, in my eyes.

Ballard HS: [player_tooltip player_id='1108538' first='Joe' last='Farley'] c/o 2024. Joe has great size standing around 6'1" almost 6'2". He is confident in the pocket and has patience, waiting for his receivers to get open. His long ball is excellent as he places it in the perfect spot for his WR's to keep their momentum.

Eastside Catholic HS: [player_tooltip player_id='115352' first='Jake' last='Tiryakioglu'] c/o 2024. Jake is in line to start for Eastside Catholic and should have a fantastic year with all the talent that is on this squad. Jake has a high football IQ and plays with a lot of confidence on the field.

Garfield HS: [player_tooltip player_id='158332' first='EJ' last='Caminong'] c/o 2024. EJ is a top quarterback within the entire state and is headed to University of California Berkeley after the season is completed. He's got great size at the position and has one of the top arms in the entire state.

Lincoln (Seattle) HS: I could not locate who would be the starting QB for the Lynx.

Rainier Beach HS: The starter for Rainier Beach has not officially been announced but I have heard they have a very competitive battles going on currently. I am not exactly sure which quarterbacks are battling it out but, [player_tooltip player_id='1599605' first='Khiel' last='Jackson'] is a 2027 athlete to keep an eye on.
