With both an interception and a touchdown reception, [player_tooltip player_id='137438' first='KJ' last='Bolden'] received unanimous player of the game honors for his performance over the weekend. The 5 star recruit recently announced his commitment to play for FSU, so Seminole fans nationwide must be bubbling with excitement after his breakout display on opening day. Nothing says next level more than a player that dominates on both sides of the ball, and that two way ability is exactly what [player_tooltip player_id='137438' first='KJ' last='Bolden'] showcased during Buford's victory over SFA. Bolden is an extremely exciting talent with off the charts potential, and, with that win over SFA, he and his Buford squad currently rank #5 in the national ranks. They face-off against Mallard Creek this Friday.

The Buford star quarterback and Georgia commit, [player_tooltip player_id='364178' first='Dylan' last='Raiola'], got off to a scorching hot start to the season against SFA. Raiola was 14/25 passing with multiple touchdown passes, and he ended the game with a very solid 87.9 overall passer rating. At 7/16 on 3rd Down, Raiola converted nearly 50% of the time when his team needed him the most. The Wolves' offense was productive and efficient from start to finish, and that's absolutely because of brilliant quarterback play from [player_tooltip player_id='364178' first='Dylan' last='Raiola']. He'll look to expand on a great opening day performance this Friday against Mallard Creek.

2024 6'0 185 WR/DB - [player_tooltip player_id='321451' first='Tyshun' last='White'] - Buford - UNC

[player_tooltip player_id='321451' first='Tyshun' last='White'] is an absolute game changer in the defensive secondary for the Buford Wolves. There's nowhere on the field that he can't make a play, and, with 3 total tackles, we all saw just that on opening day. White's defensive effort was of paramount importance to the Wolves' shutout victory, and I believe that this defense is on track to post a handful of shutouts this season. [player_tooltip player_id='321451' first='Tyshun' last='White'] will continue to dominate his matchups this season, and it's clear that the future Tar Heel is of critical importance to the success of this team going forward. My prediction is that he puts forth a huge game on the stats sheet against Mallard Creek this weekend.

2025 6'4 215 LB - [player_tooltip player_id='321487' first='Jadon' last='Perlotte'] - Buford - Georgia

Five star recruit [player_tooltip player_id='321487' first='Jadon' last='Perlotte'] recently committed to the University of Georgia, and his performance over the weekend should have all of Bulldog nation hyped with excitement. At linebacker, Perlotte arguably impacted the game more than any other defenseman. He was a constant threat to ball carriers in the opposing backfield, and he even assisted on multiple sacks. Perlotte ended the contest with 4 total tackles, but my prediction is that he racks-up a bunch of forced turnovers this season. After just one game, [player_tooltip player_id='321487' first='Jadon' last='Perlotte'] already looks like an All-Conference LB, and I believe that he will continue this high level of play in the Wolves' next game against Mallard Creek.

2024 6'4 270 DL - [player_tooltip player_id='220734' first='Eddrick' last='Houston'] - Buford - Ohio State

[player_tooltip player_id='220734' first='Eddrick' last='Houston'] totally dominated this game defensively, and he also announced his commitment not long after his incredible performance. He put up player of the game type numbers on the stats sheet. With both an interception and a sack, his game was nothing short of spectacular. I think it's clear that, as of yesterday, he was one of the elite uncommitted defensemen in the state of Georgia. Ohio State Buckeye fans nationwide should be ecstatic with [player_tooltip player_id='220734' first='Eddrick' last='Houston']'s commitment, and there's no doubt in my mind that he will continue to prove himself to Buckeye nation over the course of this season.
