It’s been a long time coming for Beau. Since he arrived at Coopersville, he’s been an intriguing prospect since his freshman season, and I know he’s been working his tail off preparing for the starting role. He’s another Powerstrength guy, which I love to see. He’s tested out as having a 35in vertical, 119in broad jump, 1.51 10-yd, and 22 chin-ups. He’s insanely fit, he’s well-repped at the JV level and during offseason camps, and without a doubt, he’s ready. I honestly can’t say much about Beau’s fundamentals or consistency on-field but I am very optimistic.
For as long as I can remember, Muskegon has consistently had one of the best Offensive Lines in Michigan. This season, they retain two linemen with Division 1 offers, 1 lineman with elite D2 offers, and a few young bucks in the pipeline with D1 potential. N-Kye is one of those D1 prospects with an offer from Toledo.
As a sophomore, N-Kye had a lot of standout moments with a few down moments. Having faced some of the best defensive linemen in Michigan, N-Kye either stood his ground or dominated every game. Especially against power, N-Kye was great. Against elite “speed” rushers, that’s where some weakness showed. Though, he improved throughout the season, and has continually improved this offseason. This is a guy with ideal size at 6’5″, and has a real chance at plenty more D1 offers.
JJ is in a wonderful situation at Coopersville. Having a respected and smart Head Coach in Ed Kaman alongside Northwestern OL Commit Gabe VanSickle Gabe VanSickle 6’5″ | 285 lbs | OL Coopersville | 2024 State MI to look up to, JJ is bound to have an awesome year. I was lucky enough to watch JJ at the GETMAULED OL camp in Muskegon. He immediately jumps out, as he’s a tall 6’5″ with long arms. He’s still learning the position, but was taking coaching extremely well. I’m confident that if JJ has a successful season, then he’ll earn D1 offers.
Highlights
Zane is a bit of a mystery to be to be honest. I don’t know a ton about him, but the Rockford helmet plus an offer from Bowling Green State paints a great picture. In addition, he’s 6’5″ 283, being a 3-sport athlete with Football, Wrestling, and Track (Regional Shotput). His film has some decent OL tape, though I am expecting a big season on the D-Line. Rockford always, without fail, has multiple out-of-nowhere standouts every season. I expect Zane to be one of those standouts.
Highlights
Reed has great tape as a safety. Extremely instinctual, fast, and reactive. He has a few earned interceptions that are thanks to his good instincts. In addition, he has a ton of run-stopping highlights where he attacks line a linebacker. I love the trajectory for Reed, and would not be surprised if he starts getting high-end D2 or MAC attention sometime soon.
