Makhi Shaw Makhi Shaw 6’0″ | 190 lbs | ATH MUS | 2024 State TN is a 6-foot tall, 190-pound athlete out of Memphis University School and is an excellent playmaker with the ball in his hands. He showcases the ability to decelerate to make guys miss then instantly accelerate after some contact. Good hips and feet, Shaw displays high end change of direction ability with elusiveness in tight spaces. In coverage, he is a smart underneath zone defender with good eyes and has ball skills. On both sides of the ball, his transitional ability stands out with quality downhill transitions on defense with good up field transitions on offense.

Evan Poticher Evan Poticher 6’3″ | 245 lbs | DL Northview Acad. | 2024 State TN is a 6-foot-3, 245-pound superb athlete out of Northview Academy with the versatility to play defensive end and tight end at a very high level. The senior moves amazingly well at his size with great lateral range at edge. At TE, he is an explosive seam pusher with amazing ball skills down the field. His acrobatic catches happen all over the field with excellent body control, tracking, hands, and catch radius. On defense, Poticher is lightning quick off the ball with good hand usage to reset the LOS and creates disruption in the backfield.
Mathieu Hebert Mathieu Hebert 6’2″ | 195 lbs | ATH McCallie | 2024 State TN is 6-foot-2, 195 pounds athlete playing for McCallie School and does most of his damage as an X-receiver. He is a smooth long strider on the outside that is superb on a vertical plane. Good downfield tracking ability, Hebert maintains his speed through the catch point with good angle adjustments based on the throw. In contested situations, he understands how to position himself and uses his frame to win in that area. Overall, he is solid after the catch with good lower body flexion to make sharp cuts out in space. His ability as a blocker out in space is exceptional.
Justin Baker Justin Baker 5’10” | 160 lbs | ATH Notre Dame | 2024 TN is 5-foot-10, 160 pounds explosive athlete at Notre Dame High School with the ability to play slot on both sides of the ball. He is a superb route runner with a good understanding of how to eat up space and manipulate leverage. Baker shows violent hip shift and is explosive in and out of breaks to create easy separation. Great vertical threat, he shows speed and very good tracking to adjust angles on throws with ball skills. Good playmaker on defense, Baker is solid in coverage with good physicality and is a consistent tackler.

Marshaun Bowers Marshaun Bowers 5’9″ | 185 lbs | RB Knox. West | 2024 State TN is a very good athlete at 5-foot-9, 175 pounds out of Knoxville West High School with the versatility to play all DB spots. He displays great feet to mirror and match in press and off man coverage. Good technique, Bowers stays square and patience with good pad level and shows active feet to maintain leverage. Bowers shows great ball skills and is a very good playmaker with the ball in his hands. At safety, he shows good recognition ability to read route concepts. His versatility in coverage with mixing up alignments and techniques is impressive.
