Flashes good short area speed to close space on the ball carrier and is smart with his attack angles with limited wasted movement. Good ability to shed blocks, can use his hands to fight through contact and not allow blockers to get into his body. A sure tackler in space and wraps up finishing every play to the ground. Recruiting took off this past spring with offers coming in from Columbia, Eastern Washington, and Idaho before committing to Montana State in mid July. Positional versatility is plus with his ability to play off the ball or as an edge rusher. A very savvy defender that plays downhill and is able to beat blocks with his quickness or his strength at the contact point. He plays physical, aggressive, and full speed bringing good thump through every tackle. Possesses a variety of moves at his disposal.
