2024 Newcomers to Watch

He displayed speed to accelerate past defenders in the open field to gain yardage. He finished last season with 139 carries for 964 yards, 8 TDs and 153 return yards. Jayden finished last season with 19 receptions for 360 yards and 3 TDs. He played on both sides of the ball for his team. Jayden finished last season with 37 total tackles, 33 which were solo tackles and 5 tackles for losses. He is expected to continue his high level of play during the upcoming season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='781302' first='TeQuon' last='Moore'] - ATH, 5'9" 160 (No. 29 ATH, No. 315 Overall), Southside HS.</strong> TeQuon followed blockers while looking for an opening to gain yards. He displayed explosiveness into an opening to accelerate past defenders in the open field for big yardage. He displayed good hands while making catches in traffic. TeQuon finished last season with 128 carries for 986 yards and 17 TDs. He finished last season with 16 receptions for 402 yards and 2 TDs. He played on both sides of the ball for his team. TeQuon finished last season with 62 total tackles, 47 which were solo tackles and 6 tackles for losses. He is expected to continue his high level of play during the upcoming season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='885117' first='Elias' last='Jeffries'] - DB, 5'10" 175 (No. 43 DB, No. 295 Overall), Apex HS.</strong> Elias played with his head on a swivel and speed to cover ground quickly to defend receivers against the pass. He displayed good technique and use of arms, making it difficult to complete a pass against him. He displayed good technique on the tackles made in the open field. Elias finished last season with 52 total tackles, 45 which were solo tackles and 3 tackles for losses. He displayed quickness and upper body strength to maintain contact with defenders to drive-block them out of the play. He is a big and physical offensive lineman who delivers punishing blocks. He displayed quickness and upper body strength to maintain contact with defenders to drive-block them out of the play. He displayed good technique on tackles made in the open field. He finished last season with 45 total tackles and 10 tackles for losses. He displayed good technique on the tackles made in the open field. He finished last season with 77 total tackles, 39 which were solo tackles and 6.5 tackles for losses.
