- Reece Hartenstein – North Marion 2025 | 5’10 | 155 lbs.
Hartenstein’s impressive athleticism will undoubtedly turn heads this season. Hartenstein has speed, agility, and serious hands. He can outrun defenders with ease. Hartenstein has the ability to constantly out jump defenders and make impressive one-handed receptions. Hartenstein had two touchdowns in eight games played for North Marion last season. He also recorded 167 yards in 11 receptions on the season, including 21 yards a game.
2. Jack Foley Jack Foley 6'4" | 205 lbs | WR Mt View | 2025 State OR – Mountain View 2025 | 6’4 | 175 lbs.
Foley’s 6’4 and 175 pound frame is not the only thing that makes him stand out. His steady hands, quickness, and elite route running ability is what truly makes Foley different. Foley effortlessly burns opponents and creates space between defenders to make huge catches. Foley is destined to have a breakout junior year. Last season, Foley recorded three touchdowns in seven appearances for Mountain View. He also had 19 receptions for a total of 238 yards, and averaged an impressive 34 yards a game.
3. Kyle Fabela Kyle Fabela 5'7" | 135 lbs | ATH Forest Grove | 2025 State OR – Forest Grove 2025 | 5’7 | 120 lbs.
Fabela has heart and speed. Despite his 5’7 frame, Fabelas’ athleticism grants him the ability to leap up and over defenders to make hard catches that he makes look easy. His shifty moves also make him extremely agile, as he can maneuver his way through the field to dodge defenders. Look out for Fabela this season, as he’s an elite playmaker that won’t be under the radar for much longer. Last season, Fabela had four touchdowns in nine games played for Forest Grove. He also had 23 receptions totaling 265 yards, while also averaging 29 yards a game.
4. Nick Crowley Nick Crowley 5'11" | 185 lbs | ATH Wilsonville | 2025 State OR – Wilsonville 2025 | 5’10 | 170 lbs.
One thing that makes Crowley stand out is his speed and jagged moves. Crowley’s shiftiness makes him special, as he can not only outrun his opponents but can also fake them out too. He’s great at quickly adjusting to what the defense gives him in addition to being a great route runner. Due to the combination of Crowley’s jolting abilities and his 5’10 170 pound frame, he’s not easy to take down. Last season Crowley notched one touchdown in seven games played.
5. Grant Valley Grant Valley 6'0" | 170 lbs | WR Jesuit | 2025 State OR – Jesuit 2025 | 6’0 | 150 lbs.
Valley is indefinitely an elite playmaker. Most of his highlight reel plays have come from utilizing his speed to outrun opponents. Valley’s quickness and soft hands grant him the ability to make big time catches. Valley has abnormal speed and great stamina. He also has exceptional field vision and awareness. Last season for Jesuit, Valley had three receptions for 114 yards in four games played. He also had two touchdowns, and averaged 28.5 yards a game.
