Brody Hancock - North Forsyth

A tough, instinctive lineman who loves the game, Hancock is a natural defender for a strong feel for the game. He's tough as nails and loved getting after the quarterback last year from the linebacker spot, making 8 sacks as a junior in 2022. He also added 42 total tackles and proved to be one of the top defenders in Forsyth County last year. Against rival West Forsyth, Hancock had his best game of the season, making 7 tackles, two TFLs and two sacks. He got after it last year and appeared to live in the backfield all year long. Look for him to have an even bigger 2023 season in the fall as a sophomore for the tough North Forsyth Raiders.

Ryan Jenkins - Westover

One of the top natural pass rushers and most productive defensive linemen across the peach state, Jenkins found his way to consistently create chaos in the backfield just about every Friday night in 2022. At 6-foot-4 230-pounds, Jenkins has easy D1 size, and while he already has an impressive offer list loaded with D1 offers, Jenkins still appears to be flying under the radar to some of the bigger Power Five schools. As a prospect, Jenkins is a QB's worst nightmare. He's explosive off the snap and can beat opposing defenders with both speed and power. As a junior last fall, the Albany, Georgia native made 68 tackles, an outstanding 18 TFLs, and an eye-opening 10.5 sacks. He made it look easy at times, and he's likely bound for an even bigger senior season in the fall.

Jamere Roberts - Thompson

An explosive pass-rusher off the edge, Roberts knows how to attack the quarterback and make a play on the football. A standout two-way player for the Bulldogs, Roberts knows how to time his blitz in a way most his age can't. IF he's not blocker correctly, he knows how to run down quarterbacks with ease and get them to the ground. The South Georgia defender made 7.5 sacks last year as a junior and hurried the QB eight more times. He's quick, knows how to run, and knows how to deliver a big hit. In addition to his impressive sack total, Roberts also made 59 tackles and an eye-opening 23 TFLs. He's without a doubt one of the more underrated defenders and pass rushers in South Georgia for the 2024 class.
