Top Returning QB’s from 4S District 6 in 2023

He has been one of the top quarterbacks in Pasco County over the last 3 seasons and with a lot of turmoil at Sunlake this past year, Horvath transferred back to the Gators for the 2023 season. Horvath finished second in the district in 2022 throwing for 1240, completing 50% of his passes, 9 touchdowns. After Horvath transferred last season, Clarke took over and led Land O'Lakes High to a 9-2 record. Clarke finished 4th in the district with 941 yards passing, completed 56% of his passes with 13 touchdowns through the air. He also rushed for 551 yards, averaging over 6 yards per carry with a rushing touchdown. In 2021 he led Jesuit to a State title. Knight transferred to Merritt Island in 2022 for family reasons and passed for 1852 yards, completing 62% of his passes, and 11 touchdowns.  He also rushed for 162 yards and 7 touchdowns. Knight will have Wiregrass Ranch in the hunt for a district title and a run into the state playoffs in 2023.
