The Top 6 ranked Quarterbacks from Virginia class of 2026

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>As you know our class of 2026 rankings for Virginia were posted late yesterday https://prepredzone.com/virginia/rankings/2026-rankings/. We have a ton of prospects to get through and I wanted to start with my thoughts on some of the quarterbacks. The top ranked qb we have ([player_tooltip player_id='212464' first='Saeed' last='Williams Jr.']) comes in at number 23 and there are only 9 quarterbacks total in our top 100. You may stop and think why but I am firm believer that the qb position is harder to break into as a youngster than other position on the field. Most kids unless they are in a very unique situation have to sit a year before getting to showcase their skills. All he did in his freshman campaign was account for 25 total touchdowns and nearly 2,000 yards passing, very impressive.  Williams can through on the run and in the pocket at 6'1 he certainly has a presence to him as well. Playing for Green Run in a loaded Beach District, the rising sophomore will certainly be facing some of the best competition in the state, judging by the leadership he displays on the field I am confident he is ready. Nassib more than exceeded expectations last season for Independence High School and is sure to only get better for his sophomore campaign. Nassib received all district second team honors in 2022 and throws the deep ball to near perfection. Standing at just over 6'0 this kid can has great poise in the pocket and excels throwing on the run with the bootleg. If you are not buying stock on Manchester, you are missing out between Abernethy and host of many others, the Lancers are going to be good! This rising sophomore looks like the next big thing on tape, playing in the Dominion District is no easy task. The young man threw for 16 touchdowns and only 2 interceptions last season, the sky is the limit for [player_tooltip player_id='853752' first='T-Man' last='Bowen']. Playing for Phoebus High School, Bowen is a dual threat and has already clocked 4.45 40! Love this kid's moxie and how he bounces back up after every tackle. The rising sophomore boast a 3.7 GPA and each throw he makes you can see his high football IQ being displayed on the field. One of the strongest arms in the conference Jordan can make every throw, what he does best in my opinion is when he stands tall in the pocket and uncorks a deep bomb.
