Fluid, rangy athleticism pops off of his tape with room to fill out his frame. Impressive ball skills flash on both sides of the ball at both WR and S. Good feel and sight for the game as he gets to the right position on both sides. Penn runs with authority and makes no mistake about playing north and south. Featured typically in a strong formation which best suits him. Good body control amidst contact. Don't fly at him with arm tackles as that won't handle him. Penn holds a handful of junior college offers and will be a welcome addition wherever he chooses to go.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Position Projection: Running Back</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>#98 [player_tooltip player_id='139600' first='Derrick' last='Hudson'] - Humpreys County</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>What does the tape say?</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Sticking with out Humphreys County flavor we will take our first look at the trenches of the series. Size is no question with Hudson as it is present. The question will be can he stay limber enough and will he have the bend to compete at the next level. Run stuffing inside tackle is what shows on the tape. Suitable frame for the next level at corner that shows the arm length that scouts and coaches love. Felder shows shiftiness and well above average change of direction when the ball comes his way. He was trusted to lock down a side of the field in the largest classification in the state as a junior. Moves loosely with ease. Potential to be a lockdown type guy if he continues maturing into the position technically. Moves with twitch and athletic ability. Plays with under control speed although it takes him a several steps to get going. Impressive ball skills to not have a "true" position yet. Experience against best competition in the state at one of the best programs in the state.
